    Sir, The following error is shown while doing meshing with sweep method "The following non sweepable bodies have force sweep method controls and cannot be swept". Any idea Sir? I am using Fluent 15.0 (Window 10/ i7 processor)

    • @AnsysTutor
      @AnsysTutor  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      You need to suppress the line body created.

      @@AnsysTutor I did that but the results are the same.
      In 15.0 ver., I couldn't get the Algorithm and O-grid division option. Is the problem occurred due to these ?

      The algorithm o grid is a new option available in ver 19R3 & higher versions.

    i think you made it wrong . in initilazition you made water volume fraction as 0 it just helps for iteration time . you need to patch the zones which you want to fill at begin.

    • @AnsysTutor
      @AnsysTutor  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Patching has a different purpose it cant be used everywhere, i might have used patching if its filled with fluid already. As its an empty pipe , we need to use volume fraction method to instruct the solver regarding the fluid.

    HI can you let me know how to put a film of water of 0.3mm and remaining air in a channel as boundary condition. Thnaks and regards?

    • @AnsysTutor
      @AnsysTutor  ปีที่แล้ว

      You need to take adapt region option to mark that thickness in the flow domain. Then, patch the desired material on that adapted zone.
