I've been doing this exercise for about 2 and a half week now, And I've seen definitely a big difference on my chest, I couldn't thank you more for the confidence I've finally regained and will continue to do it everyday! I will keep you updated so far about 30% to 35% difference on my chest.
@@JackToyTv I stopped it for an week but, got back at it 3 to 4 weeks and lost about 50% to 70% of my chest, My diet was a bit bad because of partys etc but still kept doing the exercise every day almost, I reccomend that you don't drink any sodas and water only

Note: Doing this twice a day. Day 1: Feels better, didn’t think this would work but some small improvements and good stretches. Day 2: Same as day 1, small improvements as always. Day 3: Honestly, day 3 was the best day for me. It really built confidence for me, and I’ll definitely keep doing this. Day 4: Felt better, staying at it. I’m proud of myself for doing it 2 times a day and I’ll keep doing it Day 5: Day 5 was a big day for me. I saw about a 5-10% reduction. I’ve always never had like, big moobs but it’s working. Day 6: Today was great, I’ve been laying off of sugar drinks and just been mostly drinking water. So if you want to do this, stay at it and stay off sugar. The improvements also came today as always. Day 7: (1 week les go) Today was maybe the best stretch I’ve gotten doing these stretches. I’ve finally mastered what to do and putting it on my daily routine has been easier. Day 8: Today I saw another small reduction. About 15%. Would definitely recommend this. It takes a while but it’s worth it. Day 9: Best day for it. Today was good bc I feel confident even more every day doing the process. Day 10: Felt better today. I think it’s slightly decreasing, but I think not as fast. (Fat gets harder and harder to burn) but I’ll keep going. Day 11: Today was the first day I went to myself, “This is working.” It is. I’ll keep going. This is great progress Day 12: The grind has been tough not missing a day. It’s been worth it though!! Come on kings, let’s get shredded together. Oh yeah, it’s a little smaller too. Hi guys, I just want to say three weeks have passed since I first started using this method and my boobs have largely reduced, I'd say about 50% or so. However, I'd like to point out a couple of important rules to follow: - alcohol, fats and whole carbohydrates are your worst enemies for reducing man boobs. - my reduction has been taking place while also being in a diet with calorie restriction; the less of the aforementioned nutrients you ingest, the faster you'll have results. - the more you workout the faster you'll reduce man boobs. Lastly, I'd like to add that gynecomastia is a particular condition which can only be diagnosed with specific blood exams, so if you'd like to know if you have it just talk to your family doctor about it; this condition can only be cured via surgery. I'd like to reiterate the importance of avoiding alcohol, carbs and fats during this "journey"; alcohol is by far the worst enemy for your chest fat, it causes imbalances in testosterone's levels and increases estrogen (female hormon) in your body.

Hope this will help you and be disciplined and not be tempted of everything lol. Forgot to mention that I do this 3-4 times a day with a 3 hour interval so yeah that’s about it.
3 days of this and I actually have seen physical changes. My breast have definitely gotten smaller in 3 days which is crazy. I’m still going to be doing this, twice daily, I also work out 3 times a week and this really helps me stay consistent with my loss because I can see physical changes happening already! I’ll update in like a week or something or whenever I come back. UPDATE: After like a week of doing this, my breast have gotten slightly smaller from before, but not much. I will say this though, my health has improved drastically, and i'm still losing weight overall. My personal take away from this exercise, is that it should be used in addition to working out and diet. I would definitely recommend men try this exercise, but I would highly encourage you all to just simply workout more and eat better, because at the end of the day, yes my breast have gotten small and still are getting smaller, but I'm still overweight lol and there are NO SHORTCUTS to losing weight just to be real here. Wow! Just found this video randomly and I’m super excited to give it a shot! Quick little back story, in the last couple of years I’ve lost a lot of weight. However even at my lowest weight I still had man boobs and it was damaging to my weight loss journey. I will keep you guys upto date on how I go! I know you may feel like you can't do it or that it may be too hard, but BELIEVE in yourself. The road you have ahead of you will be bumpy, but if you persevere and are determined to reach a goal, you can do it. All you gotta do is out your mind and heart to it. Lastly, MAKE A PLAN!!! It'll be so much more easier that way. For example you could set a goal of running for 5 mins everyday for a week and then the next week bump it up to 10 mins. Although 5 mins may not seem like a lot of running, its okay to start off small as your body adjusts to the new habit. I’m going to try this every day 2 times a day …. I’ll update on this comment saying if it has changed. (1 - = First exercise in the day 2 - = second exercise in the day) Day 1) 1 - Feel insecure about my chest. Feel a little better after, arms hurt. 2 - Felt better than earlier. Feel like arms are getting stronger almost. Day 2) 1 - Almost seems as if my chest is smaller. Shoulders and chest started hurting while doing the massage 2 - Didn’t hurt as bad this time. I think I’m getting the hang of it. Day 3) 1 - can tell a difference from 2 days ago. They seem smaller. This is really helping. Shoulders hurt a bit after doing. 2 - This one was very effective. Even though I can tell my chest has gone down, I think within the next week it could be almost all the way down. I will still do them after next week to do the full 3 weeks. I am 14 bro and also coincidentally same weight as u ! I've been losing weight rapidly in a healthy way too. My tip for u is to NOT LOWER ur food intake TOOO MUCH. Aim at around 1500 or 1400 calories per day. 40% protein, 30% healthy carbs and 30% healthy NON TRANS AND NON SATURATED fat. Try doing cardio (not too much) exercises where u involve jump ropes if u want. I've lost 3kg so far in the span of 2-4 days. Good luck bro

Dude Dont listen to the comments cheering you on and instead listen to me. I tried this video over 2 years ago because of my insecurity of my chest. As a 13 year old i wanted to do whatever was most simple and looked most effective. This is not the type of thing you want i can promise you this. i was 210 and 5 4 at the time of when i used to do these types of videos. Im 14 and 150 pounds because i decided enough was enough and these videos and routines werent working for me. All i had to do that brought me to where i needed to be was to eat less fatty foods and go outside and jog for a little bit or just walk somewhere. You wont see results so fast in a few days or even weeks because you cannot target specific points in your body that have excess fat. If you have a scale monitor and track your weight. If you dont i recommend the abyon smart scale because there is an app that tracks all of your weight gains or losses and your overall health etc. drink more water and my best advice is to not eat so much because it doesnt do you any good. To lose weight you need to cut down on the unhealthy foods and im not saying eliminate them completely but just eat less of it and treat it as a reward instead of an often food you eat. Dont snack during night time because thats when you can put on the most weight because of the fact that your body shuts down so you can sleep. Dont eat for fun. Let your body tell you when its hungry rather than your desire for food. Let yourself get to a point where your stomach tells you that you are hungry if that makes any sense. What im saying might come off as a little harsh but im only telling you the truth because only the truth will get you to where you will want to be. Following these routine videos only get repetitive and it will come to a point where you wont want to do them anymore then go back to not doing it.Follow my lead and you will get to where you want to be, best of luck.. Day 2: I feel like its actually working and I don't know if I'm just seeing things but they have appeared to get 3-5% smaller. I really hope I'm not imagining things but I'm pretty sure this is real. ( I am also pairing this exercise with 30 pushups daily and 40 floor flys daily (10 pounds) and 30 min of elliptical. Also I'm trying to eat everything in proportion. Day 3: Nothing really changed. I did HIIT cardio exercise for 20 min yesterday too. But, the reason why nothing change is probably because I ate a lot of carbs on that day 3. Day: 4 Little to no changes but to be honest its probably because I stopped exercising for a few days and have been eating a lot of rice. From tomorrow I'm going to take this seriously. Day 5: I did it twice and I had homework late in the night at 12. I stopped it for a week and I am redoing it all over again guys. Starts Here:

@@yy3a1 Mine were fairly small to begin with, but I started doing chest ab and full body workouts in combination with this video. I also started to cut out fatty foods like fries Cheeseburgers chicken nuggets. While eating more vegetables like broccoli and spinach. Try and get some protein in too since it's helps with building muscle. Go at your own pace and build up. Make sure you have rest days and eating healthy doesn't mean you have to cut out all of your favorite treats.

Day 5: small change from previous day
Day 6: about 25% reduction, feeling much more confident
Day 7: Still going strong and losing more

Day 10: this was the point where I was actually really comfortable with being shirtless and I started feeling much happier as a person

It's working Mr.Goh. I tried other videos on losing man boobs but they all only helped convert it to muscle. When i skipped workout days, it all came back. But your technique is definitely reducing it forever.

Day 1: Feels better, didn’t think this would work but some small improvements and good stretches.
Day 2: Same as day 1, small improvements as always.
Day 3: Honestly, day 3 was the best day for me. It really built confidence for me, and I’ll definitely keep doing this.
Day 4: Felt better, staying at it. I’m proud of myself for doing it 2 times a day and I’ll keep doing it
Day 5: Day 5 was a big day for me. I saw about a 5-10% reduction. I’ve always never had like, big moobs but it’s working.
Day 6: Today was great, I’ve been laying off of sugar drinks and just been mostly drinking water. So if you want to do this, stay at it and stay off sugar. The improvements also came today as always.
Day 7: (1 week les go) Today was maybe the best stretch I’ve gotten doing these stretches. I’ve finally mastered what to do and putting it on my daily routine has been easier.
Day 8: Today I saw another small reduction. About 15%. Would definitely recommend this. It takes a while but it’s worth it.
Day 9: Best day for it. Today was good bc I feel confident even more every day doing the process.
Day 10: Felt better today. I think it’s slightly decreasing, but I think not as fast. (Fat gets harder and harder to burn) but I’ll keep going.
Day 11: Today was the first day I went to myself, “This is working.” It is. I’ll keep going. This is great progress
Day 12: The grind has been tough not missing a day. It’s been worth it though!! Come on kings, let’s get shredded together. Oh yeah, it’s a little smaller too.
Day 13: Good day! I’m starting to add a little more exercises and eating less.
Day 14: (2 Weeks yessir) Today was good, started doing more exercises and eating less. Let’s keep going boys!

1 week: my Chest is having this hard sensation by Hard i mean it starting to gain a little Muscle.
2 weeks: Same as last week, but im starting to feel like its getting a little smaller but not that Small. It just takes Time. And i guess im gaining more muscle in my chest instead of getting this smaller but its better than having my fluffy woman like chest, but its getting there.
3 week: just like what i said, more muscle gain But im starting to feel like its Getting Smaller, in other Words This is Legit You Guys Should Try it Whether you believe it or not. It Just Takes Discipline, and its up to you, for me this is the easiest way.

Hi guys, I just want to say three weeks have passed since I first started using this method and my boobs have largely reduced, I'd say about 50% or so. However, I'd like to point out a couple of important rules to follow:
- alcohol, fats and whole carbohydrates are your worst enemies for reducing man boobs.
- my reduction has been taking place while also being in a diet with calorie restriction; the less of the aforementioned nutrients you ingest, the faster you'll have results.
- the more you workout the faster you'll reduce man boobs.
Lastly, I'd like to add that gynecomastia is a particular condition which can only be diagnosed with specific blood exams, so if you'd like to know if you have it just talk to your family doctor about it; this condition can only be cured via surgery.
Don't give up, this method does work!!

I'd like to reiterate the importance of avoiding alcohol, carbs and fats during this "journey"; alcohol is by far the worst enemy for your chest fat, it causes imbalances in testosterone's levels and increases estrogen (female hormon) in your body.

3 days of this and I actually have seen physical changes. My breast have definitely gotten smaller in 3 days which is crazy. I’m still going to be doing this, twice daily, I also work out 3 times a week and this really helps me stay consistent with my loss because I can see physical changes happening already! I’ll update in like a week or something or whenever I come back.
UPDATE: After like a week of doing this, my breast have gotten slightly smaller from before, but not much. I will say this though, my health has improved drastically, and i'm still losing weight overall. My personal take away from this exercise, is that it should be used in addition to working out and diet. I would definitely recommend men try this exercise, but I would highly encourage you all to just simply workout more and eat better, because at the end of the day, yes my breast have gotten small and still are getting smaller, but I'm still overweight lol and there are NO SHORTCUTS to losing weight just to be real here. I have incorporated this exercise into my workout routine. The days of getting scooped by the homies are very soon to be behind me, and they can be behind all of us! Day 2: I still can't see progress, there is minor pain but pain means muscle improvement so I'm trying to stay motivated by thinking at that.
Day 3: Shoulders getting sore, which is a good sign in my opinion. The soreness means that muscle is being built, which means the exercise is working! *NOTE: I would also include push ups, as it is what started the muscle building.*

I know you may feel like you can't do it or that it may be too hard, but BELIEVE in yourself. The road you have ahead of you will be bumpy, but if you persevere and are determined to reach a goal, you can do it. All you gotta do is out your mind and heart to it. Lastly, MAKE A PLAN!!! It'll be so much more easier that way. For example you could set a goal of running for 5 mins everyday for a week and then the next week bump it up to 10 mins. Although 5 mins may not seem like a lot of running, its okay to start off small as your body adjusts to the new habit. It’s been a month how is it going ?
I’m going to try this every day 2 times a day …. I’ll update on this comment saying if it has changed.
(1 - = First exercise in the day 2 - = second exercise in the day)
Day 1) 1 - Feel insecure about my chest. Feel a little better after, arms hurt.
2 - Felt better than earlier. Feel like arms are getting stronger almost.
Day 2) 1 - Almost seems as if my chest is smaller. Shoulders and chest started hurting while doing the massage
2 - Didn’t hurt as bad this time. I think I’m getting the hang of it.
Day 3) 1 - can tell a difference from 2 days ago. They seem smaller. This is really helping. Shoulders hurt a bit after doing.
2 - This one was very effective. Even though I can tell my chest has gone down, I think within the next week it could be almost all the way down. I will still do them after next week to do the full 3 weeks.
Day 4) 1 - I can tell that my chest has gone down. I am really happy that it doesn’t show as much.
2 - Shoulders hurt but feel better than before.
Day 5) 1 - Been noticing that they have felt different, shoulders hurt after but stop shortly after.
2 - took a while didn’t have time, I am doing 3 tomorrow
Day 6) 1 - My chest is smaller I am really happy with the results so far.
2 - I notice that when I sit down I don’t feel my chest fold over as much. It really is working.

Sorry haven’t been updating. I have been doing bits and pieces of it over the past week though and at the beginning of the week, 9/6/21, I have noticed that from the beginning of doing it, my chest is a lot more smaller, but not all the way down yet and I’m pretty sure it is because I’m not dieting, but it is working, so I’m going to keep doing it, even if that means I’m getting to lazy to do it, I will lay in my bed and do a couple of the rubs and patting that I remember. I will continue doing this even after this post says 3 weeks and I’ll update you guys every week, bout not everyday.

I am 14 bro and also coincidentally same weight as u ! I've been losing weight rapidly in a healthy way too. My tip for u is to NOT LOWER ur food intake TOOO MUCH. Aim at around 1500 or 1400 calories per day. 40% protein, 30% healthy carbs and 30% healthy NON TRANS AND NON SATURATED fat. Try doing cardio (not too much) exercises where u involve jump ropes if u want. I've lost 3kg so far in the span of 2-4 days. Good luck bro

ITS MY 1.5 YEAR NOW. DOING IT DAILY ONCE. REMARKABLE CHANGE
Doing this for 3 weeks straight (adding 10 - 25 pushups)
Day 1: Little bit of soreness, but other than that, no difference
Day 2: Slight soreness, No visible change but feels lighter
Day 3: Definitely see a reduction. about a 5% reduction
Day 4: Chest feels a lot more loose, 10% reduction
Day 5: about a 15% reduction and my chest feels alot more loose
Day 6: Wasnt expecting this to work, but i can see a big reduction
Lastly: I'm 14 guys I'm 230 lbs. at 6'1. I'm not gonna continue doing this. I got a personal trainer to work with me, I'm down 10 pounds in a week with only working 3 days and I'm starting to gain muscle, I got a good diet and am overall working my way to become healthier. Sorry for those who wanted results from only this video. But from my understanding this sorta worked for me. But I'd rather just make the fat into muscle.

Dude Dont listen to the comments cheering you on and instead listen to me. I tried this video over 2 years ago because of my insecurity of my chest. As a 13 year old i wanted to do whatever was most simple and looked most effective. This is not the type of thing you want i can promise you this. i was 210 and 5 4 at the time of when i used to do these types of videos. Im 14 and 150 pounds because i decided enough was enough and these videos and routines werent working for me. All i had to do that brought me to where i needed to be was to eat less fatty foods and go outside and jog for a little bit or just walk somewhere. You wont see results so fast in a few days or even weeks because you cannot target specific points in your body that have excess fat. If you have a scale monitor and track your weight. If you dont i recommend the abyon smart scale because there is an app that tracks all of your weight gains or losses and your overall health etc. drink more water and my best advice is to not eat so much because it doesnt do you any good. To lose weight you need to cut down on the unhealthy foods and im not saying eliminate them completely but just eat less of it and treat it as a reward instead of an often food you eat. Dont snack during night time because thats when you can put on the most weight because of the fact that your body shuts down so you can sleep. Dont eat for fun. Let your body tell you when its hungry rather than your desire for food. Let yourself get to a point where your stomach tells you that you are hungry if that makes any sense. What im saying might come off as a little harsh but im only telling you the truth because only the truth will get you to where you will want to be. Following these routine videos only get repetitive and it will come to a point where you wont want to do them anymore then go back to not doing it.Follow my lead and you will get to where you want to be, best of luck.. (im going to copy these comments around so i can spread awareness so people dont waste their time on videos like these. Im sure the austin goh has no ill intention with videos like these but there are inefficient.)

(This is my honest opinion and results)
Day 1: No difference other than me getting excited. But, it's only the first day.
Day 2: I feel like its actually working and I don't know if I'm just seeing things but they have appeared to get 3-5% smaller. I really hope I'm not imagining things but I'm pretty sure this is real. ( I am also pairing this exercise with 30 pushups daily and 40 floor flys daily (10 pounds) and 30 min of elliptical. Also I'm trying to eat everything in proportion.
Day 3: Nothing really changed. I did HIIT cardio exercise for 20 min yesterday too. But, the reason why nothing change is probably because I ate a lot of carbs on that day 3.
Day: 4 Little to no changes but to be honest its probably because I stopped exercising for a few days and have been eating a lot of rice. From tomorrow I'm going to take this seriously.
Day 5: I did it twice and I had homework late in the night at 12.
I stopped it for a week and I am redoing it all over again guys.

@@yy3a1 Mine were fairly small to begin with, but I started doing chest ab and full body workouts in combination with this video. I also started to cut out fatty foods like fries Cheeseburgers chicken nuggets. While eating more vegetables like broccoli and spinach. Try and get some protein in too since it's helps with building muscle. Go at your own pace and build up. Make sure you have rest days and eating healthy doesn't mean you have to cut out all of your favorite treats.

Day 2 : Many of you might be wondering if its work. and i can say that this workout really works. ive seen some changes after 2 day.
Day 3 : I watched Spiderman today. also i noticed that when i ran, my chest feels a bit hurt. maybe because of the workout?
Day 4 : Just finished todays workout. Its so cold today.

Day 1: completed (no changes, but there is serious burn around my shoulders)

But i have done 30 days and my chest got small ..but still there's some fat....So..yes you can actually try this...you will definietly get results

Day 2: little differnce but not noticeable to others
Day 3: same as day 2
Day 4: same as day 3
Day 5 little difference
(im going to do and update every 3 days now) day 8: way flater than i started, starting to get more firm

I’m going to the beach in 2 months, I’m going to start this workout today. Like so I can keep you guys updated.
Day 1 workout has my arms and shoulders sore and no visible change yet
Day 2 no visible change yet and sore arms
Day 3 I’m starting to slack off and tomorrow I won’t be able to do the workout so I’ll keep my diet until I can do it again in a day or two
Day 3 no visible change since I wasn’t keeping up with the workout but now I’m on track
Day 4 I can see a little difference I think
I’m doing it starting today, I’ve already been working out for about 5 months and I looked for this because at this point I thought they would be gone by now, but they’re not. So yeah I’ll update you guys every day
