Bach, at his best, always makes you cry, for it touches your heart, and you most certainly have achieved this, both by how you see it and play it. Your cello playing is as good as your excellent concept of how Bach understood what he wrote and what he was trying to communicate. Of all of the interpretations of anything he ever wrote, if he were able to hear someone play a piece of his, your video would be my personal choice for him to hear. You must be a pretty special person and artist.
I loved how in tune they were with each other in the beginning. They were like *nod nod* and then started playing so perfectly with each other. And the music was great as well, I could feel it!

Bach is not only the best composer of all time by quite a margin, but in this light I am sure he is used to getting the effects which he wants on his audience and obviously because he scores at touching the human heart miles more than any other composer, it makes sense to believe that he was trying to touch our hearts. But what he was trying to communicate was the expereience of having a softer heart that before we heard a particular piece, especially this one.Whether or not we like it or not
I've played this on viola and this is a piece that was written for Cello and should have never been transposed for anything but Cello. She plays this amazingly.

This is the most beautiful version of this piece that I ever heard. Particularly, I like the decorative passages which is in Baroque style.
