      Great question! To maximize both strength and endurance, we recommend mixing dance-based workouts with strength training in your weekly routine. For example, you could alternate between strength days (using dumbbells and bodyweight exercises) and dance cardio or technique-focused sessions for endurance. The key is to give your muscles time to recover while keeping your heart rate up with fun, dynamic dance moves.
