This talk explores the fundamental elements of fear and how to release what is between you and feeling free.
You’ll learn about the essential nature of anxiety, the cause and the release of suffering through the transformative practices of awakening the Wise Heart.

I'm an early riser, around 4:30 am. My routine that I made for myself is to make a cup of tea and listen to your talk and meditation. This particular talk when you spoke about letting go, even just 10%, had a tremendous impact on me. Tears just pours down my face. I didn't feel it coming on like I usually do it just kept rolling down my face as I felt a sense of calmness come over me like a blanket wrapped around my shoulders and knowing at this moment, all is good right now. From someone who suffered from severe anxiety since I was a child, this was a breakthrough I never felt before. Thank you. Thank you Jonathan for being here.

Thank you so much for sharing this, Barbara. Really touched. Here's to freedom in this incarnation .... and I'm so glad we have such early morning 'quality time' together! Blessings!

So sorry about your hand. I hope you get better. The more I accept decay, impermanence and death, the more freedom there is to be present with what it is. Everything is changing, and yet we continue to forget...

Thanks, Yeni. Plenty of reminders along the way that is a bit of a POOF experience!
