    I love it all but particularly, "have tea with your demons"....just you saying that, already makes those demons less scary. And I know, when we're saying it to ourselves, it's not as easy, AND YET! it is a much more gentle way of dealing with those fearful things in our lives, which means it's more compassionate and kind to us, definitely could take off the edge....And those demons will be back too! So each and every time, you get more familiar and compassionate with the demons, and just fear in general, and little by little we remain calmer in upheaval....of course, it isn't like flipping a switch, but we can get better at dealing with them....I do enjoy this work, and it's a relief to know that I have more tools in the toolbox, for life's challenges....You are a fantastic teacher, Jonathan 😊
