I heard somewhere once "an objection is not a rejection" Try to view it as an opportunity for you to explain a different part of your product or service which would solve the customer's specific problem.
Nice one!! I apologize in advance but do you have any slides or videos with text? I feel it’s easier to learn from a video if there’s some of that info too. Otherwise much appreciated you made this video.
Kind of curious. How do you make the volume of calls while maintaining quality of calls (asking insightful and leading questions, understanding the value to the customer)? Do you research the business at all before the call and if so, how long does it take?
I am a realtor and these videos are actually super helpful!! You have great tips for anyone who is a salesman regardless of what they are trying to sell! 🔥🔥
Hi Trent, I noticed that most of your calls your already have the prospect name/ email. Do you also cold call without having the person name like just calling the company general number? Please let me know your thoughts on that. Love your content bro.
38.000 cold calls in the last 2 years? That is 19 cold calls every working hour (8h per day/ 249days per year). Not bad! Not taking in consideration that you send an email before a call... Do you think you lack personalization? I would love if you made a video how you structure your working day.
Just started cold calling and it’s super difficult to get my script down. Any advice for cold calling businesses about a property waste removal service?
I love your videos. but as a Pakistani, I receive too many hang up's and rejection. In 100 calls I only set one or 3 meetings every day. I sell B2B SEO & SMM in USA. I really need to learn the basics and your videos helping me. thanks
How did you manage to do 38K calls in 2 years? I'd get burnt out in under a month at that rate. Also, what's your close ratio and average number of follow ups to close a sale?
averaged over 90 calls per day as SDR, it's all about loving process. I only worked on top of funnel. selling meetings and only getting credit if that initial meeting converts into demo/further disco. About 15% set rate on cold calls and 90% convert rate into qualified pipe

Great video Trent! I love listening to people who have actually been on the field doing the calls instead of some Guru who has never actually done it
YES!

I don’t research - I pick up the phone and put in volume - if it’s important account, then I’ll do a little

I find my own prospects to call so I have the info
For your cadences - on the very first day and step do you email then call?
Or call then email?
I start with email and then call
When you “the reason I’m calling is does xxx ring a bell” are you saying your name, company name or both?
company name
loved it 🥰
Love this video, Trent!

you are setting more meetings than me, and I am based in California and have amazing sales training. Great job!
@@ProjectKeyMow great. But People who live in USA and speak English well they can set more numbers of meetings.
@@usamaawan6309 @Roy Franks I was thinking same thing lol 3 meetings in a day is legit
@@ProjectKeyMow ^^^^true 3 is more than me in most days hahaha
3 meetings a day would make me a superstar in my company mayne. you should be making a video and sharing your modus operandi
Watched this today and got a meeting legitimately on the first call I made afterwards.
that's so hype man!

Well done Trent, another insuring and actionable video thank you. Absolutely amazing content, excited to see the momentum your value will build.
glad you enjoyed
thanks man
Fire as always Trent!
LFG🔥🔥🔥
Thanks for this man.. it helped me.
Love your content. Trent, I’ve got a question for you. I see a lot of folks in tech talking about unlimited PTO. Do sdrs/bdrs get unlimited PTO too?
Depends on the company and your contract. As a BDR/SDR taking time off isn't looked at with a keen eye. You always have to be selling.
I
I don’t have unlimited PTO but definitely possible depending on the company
smile and dial baby
Love it!

Placing the value prop was really good. But drop telling people what your company does. No one cares.
