- For all of you who can relate to this song, you are not alone. (I literally was about to cry when I heard this song yesterday). Just spreading good music and spreading the message that you're not alone and never give up. There will always be light at the end of a dark tunnel.

I love this . I SPOKE OUT MY STRUGGLE INTO MY FAMILY,THEY APOLOGIZE AND THEY helped me. This song really helps because it understands recently my doctor told me my levels of deppresion were going up and thinking about it gave me anxiety and i started to see that i did have symtoms of deppresion (im 14 btw) this song makes me realize i can get through it if it gets worse

Don't have it nearly as bad as other ppl but child anxiety not fun. I have a totur for school (if u were wondering, no not social distancing but with masks and air circulation machines. Also in the house) but i do PE exercises with her and slow down a bit when she wasn't looking. She said that I noticed u slow down a bit when I'm not looking (looking down on her phone) and the first time I heard that I was like, "NO!! It's bc I'm embarrassed!!" god I'm about to cry- I know it isn't that big of a deal, but I tell myself this and punish myself for something I cant help. It feels good typing this. Like getting a weight off u. I have a therapist but I stopped it bc i thought I wouldn't need it anymore. (god no one's gonna read this long thing)I still haven't said anything yet. Cuz I'm gonna get embarrassed!.... Ugh I'm overreacting!! It's not that bad!! Yet I also know that, and I'm telling myself this as I type, this is exactly how it is. And now I'm also thinking, it's not overreacting if this is how I feel and literally how it is. This is to long no one is gonna read it bc it's so long. Edit: if u read this, thank u so so much. Means a lot! I read this when I finished, and reflected. Cannot really explain how that felt other than good. If u feel sympathy (and no I'm not trying to use my anxiety as an excuse right now) thank u. Edit #2: ugh I could say so much!!😅😅 But if u read and care and just simply read this, thank u. I can't say thank u enough!! God I'm relistening to the song I'm near then end and going cry😅😅 Love all of u and please. I'm still hiding it (now lemme say something. I don't have many scenarios, and moments were this "monster" comes out so that does do something if that makes sense. The one that to me is the main is the PE one.. it's just, I'm in all the silly looking positions with someone I'm not use to doing them with. Coincidencely, shes also a PE teacher!😅.. I'm writing my feelings and thoughts down and keeping them folded up and with me and what's nice about that is I can wright anything I want. (With spelling errors!😁👍) It just feels nice to have around. Makes me feel safe and known. The Dr couldn't figure out if it was anxiety or not. This doesn't matter to u. No point in saying it. I'm struggling with the same issue. Keep your head up. I've gone through two years of professional vocal training. It's not your skill, it's the emotions taking over. Emotions are good for singing but we both need to try and stop them from overflowing
