That looks good! I have a different recipe that is called Christmas Crack, it uses saltines to cover a cookie sheet and you make a toffee to pour over them and cover with chocolate then sprinkle with crushed candy canes, nuts or whatever. You break it up or "crack" it into pieces. It is the combination of salty and sweet that is so addictive!
great combo! We call mine Christmas Cheer.... white chocolate chips melted, poured over Honey Graham cereal and craisins. Looks so pretty like yours does and tastes so yummy! TFS!
I get rice chex, corn chex, pretzels, white chocolate and powered sugar! What I do is, I put my cereal and pretzels into a big bowl and then I melt my white chocolate, then I pour the melted chocolate all over the cereal and pretzels, then I put the wonderful mixture into a gallon bag and take a cup to two cups of powered sugar and sprinkle it over everything, then I seal the bag and shake it around and pour it onto pans and everyone devours it lol😂😂😂
You've got to try it with a bag of regular Bugles. You guys like to spice things up so try the BarBQ Bugles, if you'd like. The saltiness of the Bugles and pretzels with the sweet of the M&Ms and white chocolate chips is wonderful together. Like popcorn and Milk Duds. Kids ask, " What are Milk Duds?" Poor kids.
I usually do mine with regular M&M's, but I prefer the crispy M&M's now (not too concerned about color), Mini Pretzels, Toffee bits (not a fan of nuts), Life cereal, Chex (rice, wheat, and corn) cereals, Honey Nut Cheerios, White or Butterscotch chocolate chips. Once that is mixed and laid out I will lightly drizzle some heated Nutella on top.
I just made this for me and my hubby's co-workers. And I'm going to admit I made a bag or 2 (ok it was 3 bags) for me and the family. This is sooooo Delicious!
Any kind of chex mix is crack! My husband would love this. I normally make popcorn and mix it with oreos and toss it in white chocolate. Cookies and Cream popcorn...it's amazing. But I think I am going to change it up and make this!

What we do is mix all the goodies up and instead of melted chocolate we add powder sugar...call it monkey munch:) so good!! I love how it turned out in the little bags perfect for a class at school or sunday school !!
+amme30 Its "Chex" ... its a cereal here in the US ....Rice Chex, Corn Chex, Wheat Chex .... there is another cereal called "Crispex" that she also used .... if you go to pinterest and look up Christmas Crack you might find one that has ingredients that are available to you. I've some with Cheerios, Golden Grahams, etc ... You might be able to find something in your stores similar to the cereals. Good luck!!!
I'm traumatized with glass stuff now because we had a glass oven pan and i took it out and added some broth to it for flavor for our dinner and that thing shattered lol so now I'm scared of things while cooking, and i told my mom and she was like yeah that can happen and with cast iron. I was like dang because i got a deep cut on my foot but it healed in a day. blood was everywhere lol. is there a diff way to melt chocolate?
ill have to look for those but i know that plastic aren't good to use in microwaves so I've been trying to stay away from that. Maybe I will try paper towels like I do for my food warm ups.

double broiler or any microwave safe bowl (glass or plastic as long as it says microwave safe)
yeah the problem with that is when it splats, because i tried melting butter in the microwave and it got everywhere. But thank you for the info
There are plastic covers you can find in the aisle at the stores near the microwaves
