Loving these videos Jack mate, been doing PPL for years now and only ever had 1 pull day with a mix of upper back/ lat exercises in it. Could we see your Lat focused Pull day? Might look into incorporating a Pull A and B session.
just started a lean bulk myself plan is to bulk for 6 months and reassess then, on a PPL split myself, appreciate these longer form videos where you show the exercises you do, gives me ideas about what exercises i could include, what are your top two upper back exercises that you would recommend including?
good luck bro, hope you gain a lot of muscle mass. Top two, ahhh essentially any form of chest supported wide grip row (where your arms are flared out at 90 degrees - or as close to as possible) and a chest supported 45 degree row (same thing but at 45). I would ideally love to do these on a chest supported t bar row but machines are also great. When i do upper back movements without chest support my lower back/erector spinae just get too fatigued and i feel like im leaving gains on the table for my traps/rhomboids/rear delts
