FACTS! My progress with my triceps was laughable compared to everything else until I switched to doing triceps on a different day than chest

This makes a ton of sense, it just allows you to rest more and it give opportunity to superset when you dont have as much time. Personally. I just added another day to my split to do bis and tris so they didnt interfere with my back or chest.

actual dosing is 0.1g per kg of lean body weight, 5g is just the general marketing advice. The skinny teen at 55kg isn’t gonna need the same amount of creatine as a 110kg advanced lifter, there’s more muscle to fill out

I would rather train my grip strength personally I’ve never felt the need for straps. However I am also not full stacking lay pull downs so what do I know haha
Its nice for heavy curls or pulling movements if your forearms are too involved typically
I use straps to keep my forearms from failing the pulldowns and focus purely on the back.

Depends what standard you hold him to. Compare him to the entire population of males between 15-35, he's in the top 1%. Compare him to regular gym goers of that category. Top 20% i believe

I feel like my hand bones gonna break when under alot of weight( forearms curls biceps and most of the workout AT home with objects: backpack body weight) it troubles me because I'm a home lifter for as much as I could
Definitely lifting straps can help. Eventually your hands become a limiting factor if you keep getting stronger and stronger
Add hand strength to your regiment? Fist planks, finger push up, grind rice/sand, hanging... do something. Unless you're lifting just to look pretty, you'd better shore up your weaknesses. The most dextrous part of your entire body that facilitates all the interaction you'll ever do should never be a limiting factor.
If you'd switch arms you could pull 3min for sure

I was skinny fat to, if I were you I would try to lose weight first and then put on some muscle
Dont listen to @zerkozerrr, you can build muscle while still cutting the fat, just do a 100-200 calorie deficit and avoid sweets and processed foods. For building muscle a lower and upper body split for 2 days a week should be enough for a beginner like you, and don't forget to do some cardio every other day.
@@rio4523 thank you for the support I am currently on a 300 calorie deficit and i feel fine because I eat a lot of volumed foods. Also I am training consistently everyday. I hope to see gains soon!
@@rio4523 I know you can still put on muscle while cutting, just eat enough protein and be in a slight caloric deficit
