I love the new "greige" color. It's like putty, slow, sedate, but elegant. I agree with your critique of the gaudy chrome switchgear surround. You've got excellent taste.

I bought my Yellow gts brand new in 2009 here in the UK. She's still going strong and ridden nearly every day on my commute to work. She's a little rough around the edges now, but so far, has never let me down. I hope these new models are just as reliable. Sometimes I wonder if too much "Tech" just means more to go wrong ? I also have a P200e and three Royal Alloys. Love your videos, keep em coming !!!

Nice analysis, but I think I'm just too cheap to pony up the 10 large to get on the road with one. My 2007 GTS 250 is doing quite fine and is easy to wrench on.

Hate the mirrors, I had a 500 MP3 and it had similar mirrors, diabolical. I was so glad when I took the delivery of a 300 HPE in march this year to get back to some decent mirrors. Dislike the tail light, the round one looks so much better, and I hate black trim but thats just me. When I finnaly go for the 2023 model those mirrors will have to go at the least.

Hey Robot, I've got a question I hope you can help me with. I'm 71 yr old and my first motorized 2 wheeler was a 1963 Vespa 125. I was told it had a top speed of 55-60 with a cruising speed of 45-48 which I could run all day without hurting the engine. I always ran wide open going 55(ish). My question is: Do modern Vespas have a cruising speed or do you just run wide open for several hours at a time as in traveling 300 miles? I have had many motorcycles but have decided to go back to a Vespa at my age. I sold my GoldWing and am ready to buy a new Vespa, probably the 300 but I'll even consider the 150 if I can run it wide open without hurting the engine. What are your thought?

That switch gear reminds me of the very first chinese cheap scooters you could order online and it came in a box to your door. They were and are god awful. I have resented the switch gear in the sprint and primavera models and it was a good reason to choose GTS instead... So I am absolutely GUTTED that now the GTS also has that awful cheap plastic switch gear. The new GTS is not an option anymore. I'd rather buy used or some other scooter from Piaggio. I had a 50cc Piaggio scooter in 2005. It had the same switches as the Medley today. They were good quality and good looking back then and they are good quality and good looking today. But that new GTS switch gear was rubbish back then and it is rubbish and ugly AF today.
