    Hello I have a problem, I just upgraded the firmware to my aircraft DJI P4 RTK, D-RTK 2 station and RC. Now, I have a problem, the version of the aircraft is 02.02.503 and to my D-RTK2 and RC is 02.02.505( like in the pictures attached). Now I can't link the RC with the aircraft ( I tried and watch all the videos on youtube), so I cannot fly with my drone.What can I do further, please help me as soon as possible! Regards!

    I am using phanthom 4pro v2 and iPad meni4 I had recorded vedios in internal memory with 4k quality but here there is problem that is when I back up all these recorded vedios I am getting all these vedios with 720pxl I want all these vedios with same quality what ever I done ft so how to back up all these with 4k quality

    It doesn't work for Phantom 4 pro + V2.0, i´m using win 8.1/64 bits and the drone not connect with my laptop. What options of websites will we have for apps; because i cant download any apps. Thanks.

      Luis, just to verify, does it mean that the DJI Assistant 2 can't be downloaded and installed on your PC? If yes, please go to www.dji.com/phantom-4-pro-v2/info#downloads to download the latest V2.0.0 .exe and install it.
      If the drone is still not recognized, we suggest that you can try a different PC for updating. Or you can update the firmware via DJI GO 4 app directly.

    I am trying toupgrade to the Remote Id, I have updated the DJI Assistant 2, opened it up connected my P4V.2 and it seemed to update the firmware, then I connected the controller, it gave a message" does not support this divice, I re installed Assisant but it seems to be the same one, and again get the "does not support" message. I tried the third time and again....Does not suppport"...So what am I doing incorrectly and how to I resolve this issue.

    My drone won’t appear on the screen... it’s connected to the pc

      Hi, please check if the DJI Assistant 2 is updated on V2.0.8, and see if the drone can be recognized by the PC when they are connected, you may try a different connecting cable. Besides, please try to disable digital signed driver enforcement and check if the driver is install. See if this helps.

    My Remote controller for Phantom 4 Pro+ V2.0 keeps disconnecting and beeping every time. I may have to leave it for a long time for it to connect itself. This is very annoying especially when you dont have time for shoot. This is unreliable especially when you show up on shoot and it fails to connect. It will beep for so long with red led on the remote until it connects.
    I bought this drone to be send to Africa, Ghana. Now if i am to return it. I have to go through hustle with shipping agents and customs.
    I sent one Phantom 4 pro for repair because it refused to fly for no reason. DJI support asked me to send for repair. At the end or thier diagnostic which the fault is not coming from me but their product, then asked me to pay 799usd for repair. So i decided to buy a new one. And this one is also giving remote disconnect problem.
    You guys need to improve your product. We can carry huge money to buy product and its unreliable.
    It makes me so pissed.

      Native X Media, we are terribly sorry to know about your troubles. For the Phantom 4 Pro v2.0 RC's issue, may we know if you have updated the firmware to the latest version? For built-in screen RC, you need to update by the RC itself when WiFi is connected, or you can download the firmware from the official website www.dji.com/phantom-4-pro-v2/info#downloads.
      After updating both the drone and RC to the latest version, please try to connect the RC and AC again and see if it is working normally. If the issue persists, please provide us with a video of your case as well as the firmware info (General Settings > About). You can send the video to m.me/DJISupport or www.dji.com/support.

      @@DJISupportGlobal Yes , i have done Firmware upgrade for both the drone and the RC.
      the Case ID for the first node is CAS-525168-G7Z3K6

      For the first Node (Phantom 4) with case ID CAS-525168-G7Z3K6. I have done firmware upgrade to Latest firmware as well just the past few days, trying to fix it but i still get the same error "Main Controller Data Error"

      @@DJISupportGlobal the first case i raised when i noticed problem CAS-378487-V0T2K1 and i was asked to pay for 799usd for repair for something i didnt caused. I was told it was moisture damage. but on the drone at that time i was getting "Nevagation System Error" on app display. Drone never got in touch with water. Upon going through all the steps to fix issue on email, the support team asked me to send the drone for repair. Repair was supposed to be under warrantee but they denied me when the drone got to repair center, then they told me that component is not under wanrrantee.
      I decided to pay for the fix, then i was given a bill of 799usd. Unbelievable. i have all the emails here.
      So i asked them to send it back to me without repair cus i cannot pay for 799usd for repair on issue i didnt cause "water damage" , better to buy a new one and see how i can fix this. Now new one is also giving remote disconnect problem.
      With these my experience on your products ...i rest my case .

According to the damage assessment, the Phantom 4 drone got moisture damage, may we know if you stored the drone in a humidity condition etc.? As the performance of the drone after water/moisture damage can't be ensured, especially for long-term usage, we will suggest replacing the drone, instead of repair. Hope for your understanding.
      As for your Phantom 4 Pro V2.0, could you please follow our suggestions above? If you had already updated the firmware, you may send us the requested video and info for further confirmation, thank you.

      It is 2 1/2 months old with not much use and the camera sensor stopped working. Now I have to send it to you and lose any potential income waiting to get it fixed!

      Controller error then when you click on the firm ware says check Redundancy state shut off an restart if problem call customer support

      Joe, for this error, please check if it had stated the compass or vision system. Please try to calibrate the IMU, compass and the vision system, the vision system is calibrated via DJI Assistant 2, if there is a need to update the firmware, please also update it.       I calibrated a few times gave up an returned it cause nothing was worked an it was brand new an no reason i had to go through this for a new out of the box item!!! on my third phantom 4 pro now this one has a sd card error im beginning to think i made the wrong choice of brand to buy!! 3 brand new drones all 3 have problems
