Installed the DJI Assistant 2 (after having to shut down BullGuard which blocked it) did all of the updates for the RC and Aircraft with no problems, thank you as always! P4Pro Plus continues to amaze and astound.

Would have never understand how to update the Firmware of Phantom 4 Pro+ Remote Controller without this video. Enter System Settings > System Update > Local Update on the Remote Controller is fare from intuitive. If nobody shows you, you won't find it.

I can‘t update my Database and i got everytime an error massage on Dji Go 4 App and on Assistent 2 For Phantom i Downgraded my Drone and Updated it and restored it but nothing helps!

I can't turn on 4k at 60 fps on my p4 pro. when I try to turn it on the camera moves to the right and left and then it just goes back to existing resolution 1080p. Can someone help?

Hi there, please check the status of the GPS, compass, and IMU, try to restart the drone multiple times, if the error persists, please send the drone to our service center for further confirmation. You can start a service request at repair.dji.com/repair/index.
