Thank you! You could use beeswax but it will change the consistency and texture. For a closer alternative to stearic acid, I'd recommend using a fatty alcohol like cetyl or cetearyl alcohol.

Is there a ethically produced mica? Because I saw a documentary from Refinery about children's unsafe labor underground for mica digging. And I avoid products that contain it.
There are definitely suppliers that sell ethically sourced mica, but understandably it tends to be more expensive and harder to find. A more affordable option is also synthetic mica, which is what i used in this video 😊
I saw that same documentary & it made me so sad & angry. People's desperation to survive makes them and the children such a target to be abused. The greed of the rich and wealthy who exploit people for the almighty dollar is disgusting.
@@ALB2574 we have to educate ourselves from where our products come and how are they made. there isn't any other solution. because from clothes to cosmetics and food there are tons of people who are abused. we have to be conscious consumers and stop the obscene consumerism.
