    This is truly a fantastic cake! It’s one that I as a complete amateur baker can make perfectly. And I use a non-stick muffin tray. Bite size muffin cakes!
    I followed some sugestions from other fans in the comments and I changed things a bit: since I don’t like almonds, I just took 100 g of flour. I DOUBLED the amount of cream cheese and used 100 g. It tastes superb and is even moister! I had to turn my oven just to under 150°C but oven temps vary with the place on earth where you live. I hope everyone is aware of that?? For me in Belgium that means when it says 350 F I have to go to 150-160° C. Keep an eye on things. I have a batch in the oven now to which I added 2 raspberries to each muffin. I am very curious……😋
    I can wholeheartedly recommend this recipe to everyone! Even total beginners like me! You will be proud and delighted!
    The raspberry muffins are a success! Yummie!

      I tried to make like this, it came out really delicious. But it didn’t rise it was very flat and didn’t turn brown even though it was well baked

      I made this recipe today, turned up well! Super moist, I baked it in 6”, will repeat this recipe soon! Maybe will improvise by adding cocoa powder and turned it into marble cake!

    I am so grateful I came across this recipe on Christmas eve. Baked it for my family and everyone loved it. However I made little changes like I reducedthe butter to 40gms and increased the cream cheese to 80gms. I also used 50ml of fresh cream . Purrrfectly it came out, I only used very less ampount of vanilla and the cream cheese flavour is more prominent for me.

    I just tried baking this recipe.
    It was successful as per video.
    However, i made them into muffin cake instead of rectangle cake.
    This recipe can make around 8-9 muffins size.
    The recipe sweetness is perfect. Note that I prefer less sweet dessert.
    The texture for the outer /top layer is harder like in the video. The inner side is soft.
    Owh I don’t have almond powder so I use cake flour instead.
    For cheese lover, I would love if the cheese were more flavourful. 50g is okay and you can taste it slightly but if you add more I think would be great 😋.

      Irene, I made it. And it is DELICIOUS! As you suggested I upped the cream cheese to 85 g, and used a muffin tray. Gorgeous little muffins! This is a keeper. I will use a little less sugar because for me they are a tad too sweet. But SO GOOD! Thanks again for your helpful info! 👍

    I've tried this recipe. I didn't have cake flour but used Hongkong flour instead. Great recipe. Turned out delicious. Cake was soft & buttery..yumm. Thank you for sharing💗.

      I doubled it because my cake pan was double the size. Nothing went wrong. I doubled the eggs as well

    2 step bake ? 180'c at 10 min and continue at 160'c at 30 min = 40 min in total right ?

      시간을 줄이셔야 해요 170도에서 6~7분 구우신후 온도 150으로 내려서 13분 정도 구우시면 될거 같은데요 오븐마다 차이가 있으니 꼬치테스트하셔서 시간은 조절해주세요😊

    오늘 구워서 먹어봤는데 정말 넘 맛있어욧👍 뭔가 파운드인데 크림치즈덕분에 고급져진 느낌이랄까요🤗 저는 밑면이 타버려서 속상하지만 오븐으 온도 문제인지... 알수없지만 만들기도 쉽고 재료도 착하고 고급지면서 넘 맛있답니다😉

    제 파운드 틀이 커서 레시피로했더니 너무 낮더라구요;; ㅜㅜ2배합해서 구우려고 하는데 시간 온도 달라지나요~?? 꼭 답변부탁드려요
    너무 맛있어서 선물하고 싶어서 모양을 예쁘게 만들고 싶어요

      틀이 커지면 구움시간을 조금더 늘리셔야 해요
      일단 기본시간 까지 구우신후 꼬치로 한번 찔러 보신후 5분 정도 간격으로 시간을 늘려 보세요
      추가로 10~15분 내외로 더 구우면 될거 같은데 저도 큰틀에는 안 구워 봐서요 😊

      They must be at room temperature, and you need yo add them slowly.
