I followed some sugestions from other fans in the comments and I changed things a bit: since I don’t like almonds, I just took 100 g of flour. I DOUBLED the amount of cream cheese and used 100 g. It tastes superb and is even moister! I had to turn my oven just to under 150°C but oven temps vary with the place on earth where you live. I hope everyone is aware of that?? For me in Belgium that means when it says 350 F I have to go to 150-160° C. Keep an eye on things. I have a batch in the oven now to which I added 2 raspberries to each muffin. I am very curious……😋 I can wholeheartedly recommend this recipe to everyone! Even total beginners like me! You will be proud and delighted! The raspberry muffins are a success! Yummie!

The recipe sweetness is perfect. Note that I prefer less sweet dessert. The texture for the outer /top layer is harder like in the video. The inner side is soft. For cheese lover, I would love if the cheese were more flavourful. 50g is okay and you can taste it slightly but if you add more I think would be great 😋.
Irene, I made it. And it is DELICIOUS! As you suggested I upped the cream cheese to 85 g, and used a muffin tray. Gorgeous little muffins! This is a keeper. I will use a little less sugar because for me they are a tad too sweet. But SO GOOD! Thanks again for your helpful info! 👍

I tried to make like this, it came out really delicious. But it didn’t rise it was very flat and didn’t turn brown even though it was well baked

시간을 줄이셔야 해요 170도에서 6~7분 구우신후 온도 150으로 내려서 13분 정도 구우시면 될거 같은데요 오븐마다 차이가 있으니 꼬치테스트하셔서 시간은 조절해주세요😊
