Its a long job bro, can do it in a day, but thats if you really plan it out, use a large sewing pin to poke the holes. dont drill, it might bind up on the drill and pull the head ling material off. But still use hot glue to secure each thread. I did 250 holes and had it back in my car in 7 hours roughly, that was with my partners help
