Living Big In A Tiny House I think $115,000 Cdn is an awesome price for that home! 800 sq ft houses are over a million in the Vancouver area. I’m trying to get my Daughter interested in building one so she can quit renting in Canmore, Alberta which is close to Banff.
Brittany Smith I lived in a small beach cottage that was 500 sq ft. Just an open living room to the kitchen with an island, small bathroom with a compact shower, bedroom that fit my queen bed, one night stand & dresser at foot of bed. Then had a small area at back door with an apartment size stackable front load washer/dryer & pantry. I kept the covered litter box beside the washer. I had 3 cats & two Boston terriers!!! I vacuumed almost every day with a stick vac ( took me 10 minutes max ) & used scoopable litter & cleaned daily. Nobody could smell my pets & people commented about how I had so many animals in such a small space. Only one cat went outdoors.

This is one of the nicest tiny houses I've ever seen and I've watched many videos!! Totally cool and love the catio! They did an amazing job decorating!! They're so lucky to live there, love it!!! 💜
You think so? I got a different vibe from watching this, and I am sure there is quite a lot of tension when no camera is around Edit: e.g. the woman constantly talks in a we form, implying that she decides that they like it, without letting her partner speak for himself or even looking at him. Such behavior generally is indicative of a dominant person who doesn't like to be challenged in front of others. And looking at the man's face and body posture I am pretty sure that this is a big reason why there sometimes is a lot of tension between those two
@@tamarren6575 I don't think he was tense. I think she was just excited about the home and she just couldn't hold it in and had a lot to say about it. Some men are just shy and their wives are very open and in your face but not in a bad way. I have a friend like that like sometimes I have to avoid her calls because she can talk and talk and I am an introvert quiet kind of person but she is a great happy soul while her husband is super quiet and the kind if person who might seem to be dominated but he's actually just quiet and laid back. That doesn't mean there is tension. Some women are just vocal. And he seemed to be quite attentive and laid back looking at her and listening to her. Some men just build houses or do a project but that doesn't mean he has to be so loud about it. She was just more into it.
@@mercynamikoye9084 I disagree. She was more than just vocal. Even if one is very actively talking, one can always remember the others. But this woman does not, she only cares about her perception of things (herself). Just like your friend has not noticed what her way of treating you does. Dominate people are like that, after all the meaning of dominance is exactly that.
I don't think you watched the same video the rest of us did, or else were in an extremely bad mood when you did, to judge that lovely woman so harshly.
Almost like a fable... living among the jungles, bears & cats strolling around, backyard chillin' and overall earthy and endearing interior space with a heartwarming couple...👏
.....think i would switch TVs with the smaller one upstairs and hang it a bit lower (better for neck).......a 65" backlit screen at that close range could cause eye strain/damage.......just sayin'........:)......oh, and would put drop table under tv (like one in kitchen) for drinks/snacks.......just sayin' (again).......:)
carla ifera, I agree! It's like watching on a theatre and the available seats are the ones on the front/first row which clearly no one wants because you're gonna have to look up all the time (which is uncomfy), your eyes will hurt after the movie and the big screen's so near that you couldn't almost focus and don't know what and where you're looking at. (Based on my experience).
@@carlaifera5254 I was wondering why the TV was not mounted at a comfortable viewing height? Maybe there's a structural reason or is it just their preference? I see the same thing when the TV is mounted on the wall above a fireplace.
@@mitchellbarnow1709 Working in consumer electronics, i can say people have an almost perverse attraction to mounting their TVs high even when it isn't required.
Beautiful and well designed small home. The extra square footage makes a difference and of course, the land. Love the fun and safe catio they made for their furry family, who all seem very happy and content. Bravo.

What a great tiny house and set up they have! Vancouver and Toronto are insanely expensive cities to live in. So wonderful to see people have figured a way to opt out of the money pit and enjoy life!
They look too young to have children that old! Haha. Beautiful home, great design. Love the kitchen and bathroom! Well done. Another great tiny home. Love the editing you guys do aswell. Ka mau te wehi!
Yea, that was my first thought too, yet as they shared, they got married as 19- and 20-year-olds, kids soon followed, so the rest is history. This is wonderful for them ... having raised the family, and now still have the health, energy, mobility to enjoy the remainder of their lives. Awesome!!!
Another lovely tiny home. Amazing to see all these homes and people's ideas on what and how they want them to look like. I loved how this home had a really cozy feel to it and how it was sort of hidden among the trees. Thanks Bryce (and Rasa) for another great episode.
Beautiful couple. They look young and energetic. They don't look like they have older children. 😍😍 Lovely house too. Very well done. They've dedicated a great amount of space to everything that matters. Great video, Bryce. 😘🙏
Love the design of this home - especially as a Canadian who love British Columbia but its oh so expensive. Bravo for a smart, beautiful approach to living with freedom.
Where I live too... I live in a basement suite and pay over $1500 a month in rent. BUT, I have more windows than this tiny house. I like the tiny house - especially the bathroom, but I would need a lot more windows. It rains a lot here...sometimes 30 days straight in spring and winter. I like the BIG kitchen. I don't like galley kitchens and think this is the first time I have seen a kitchen that wasn't galley style in a tiny house.

Bryce and Rasa, you both do a superb job of presenting, filming and editing. It'a a pure delight each week to watch your channel.
Another beautiful tiny home, I personally like them a bit bigger like this. Gorgeous modern farmhouse decor and a lovely salt of the earth sweet couple. As always, a privilege and pleasure, thank you!!
What an adorable couple. They are so sweet and loving together and clearly genuinely get along and agree about all this. So lovely to see 💕
Beautiful house, nice couple and cute cats and dog.The tub is my favorite part of the house.💕
Bless those two for the catio! So glad they're great fur baby parents!
Gosh, what an absolutely beautiful tiny home - might be my new fave! Fantastic couple too and they've thought of literally everything. Just beautiful...👍
Love the catio so much - great addition. The wood patina and the kitchen are stunning.
I almost had to leave the video because man, that woman can TALK. And she doesn’t let anyone get a word in! 😳
Love this look So homey and comfy So welcoming Awesome idea for the cats They can be outside and safe Really love this home Thanks for sharing this
Such a nice and positive couple, they built a comfortable and cool tiny house!
WOW This has to be my Favorite so far...it's just Brilliant and Beautiful..
Me too! 👍🏼
A great design..love the colour combination of wood and white..lovely floors..Bravo
Never thought I would see all their animals, plus bears, and it still seems spacious. Love the couple. Thanks for your interviewing them beautifully.
“This is absolutely gorgeous”
My favorite line from him.
This is one of the nicest tiny houses I've ever seen and I've watched many videos!! Totally cool and love the catio! They did an amazing job decorating!! They're so lucky to live there, love it!!! 💜
The cats are the best part of the video. The catio was just beautiful. The entire house was really beautiful, really well done.
Beautiful tiny house! Almost as beautiful as the couple! Amazing-ness all around!
I love seeing happy couples. They seem quite happy and content
You think so? I got a different vibe from watching this, and I am sure there is quite a lot of tension when no camera is around
Edit: e.g. the woman constantly talks in a we form, implying that she decides that they like it, without letting her partner speak for himself or even looking at him. Such behavior generally is indicative of a dominant person who doesn't like to be challenged in front of others. And looking at the man's face and body posture I am pretty sure that this is a big reason why there sometimes is a lot of tension between those two
Tamar Ren well said mate, couldn’t have said that myself.
Awww! Can tell the cats absolutely love it, their needs are taken care of with the outdoor cattery and they are gorgeous 😍😍😍😍
This is one of the larger "Tiny" homes, beautifully done, a bargain at $115,000 Canadian dollars.
Almost like a fable... living among the jungles, bears & cats strolling around, backyard chillin' and overall earthy and endearing interior space with a heartwarming couple...👏
exactly wht i needed to watch,,going through a rough day,,thnx for making me lil happier n relaxed
Owner:How big of a tv could I put up in this small space?
Builder: yes
.....think i would switch TVs with the smaller one upstairs and hang it a bit lower (better for neck).......a 65" backlit screen at that close range could cause eye strain/damage.......just sayin'........:)......oh, and would put drop table under tv (like one in kitchen) for drinks/snacks.......just sayin' (again).......:)
carla ifera, I agree!
They should have nothing more than a 40 inches TV on that wall, the sofa is so close anyway
This is a full fledged home in a moving truck exterior. Amazing 😍
She talked so fast I couldn't catch my breathe listening to her. Lol Dad and Bryce hardly got a a word in. 🤣
Beautiful and well designed small home. The extra square footage makes a difference and of course, the land. Love the fun and safe catio they made for their furry family, who all seem very happy and content. Bravo.
The diamond angle windows...luv that! Amazingly spacious, yet warm and cozy. What a real home is all about.
What a lovely home and their cats were so gorgeous. I've been wanting a catio like that for so long. It really is fantastic!

Out of the 1,000 tiny Home videos I've watched in the last 2 weeks trying to decide this is hands-down the winner so beautiful so smart the soaker tub sold me and a little breakfast nook that folds down these two are amazing I would give anything to pick their brains before designing mine.
What a great tiny house and set up they have! Vancouver and Toronto are insanely expensive cities to live in. So wonderful to see people have figured a way to opt out of the money pit and enjoy life!
What a cosy cosy home. It's like holiday in the country everyday!
Awesome!!!
That's what I thought too. How great that they're still so young and soon will have such freedom.
Wonderful couple. Inspiring. Good advice, beautiful house. Good floor plan. Love it all.
Love this family, their nice energy flows through this beautiful home.
Perfect design... A+!! This is what I would prefer in a tiny home!
They were married at 19 & 20 years old. I'm assuming straight out of high school.
I absolutely love how you immediately come into
It’s absolutely beauti-tee-ful like Bryce says.
What a wonderfully genuine couple. Great episode.
Seriously they really are!👍🏼👍🏼
Agree completely!!!
“This location is absolutely stunning!” Said every single time. But seriously, these tiny homes are always in beautiful areas
You are a wonderful host. You put a positive spin on everything and you’re always happy.
Truly one of the most beautiful Tiny Homes I have ever seen! I could live in that and feel like a Queen
