Philippines is not a location for younger foreign men in their prime even if they could work. Many Filipinos leave the country to work for low wages in other countries because of the difficulties finding work in the Philippines.

I was surprised that she never had a boyfriend before you. That makes you her FIRST relationship, so she has nothing to compare you too. Very few western women would be in that situation ever! I was surprised that she never had a boyfriend before you. That makes you her FIRST relationship, so she has nothing to compare you too. Very few western women would be in that situation ever!
Personally having lost a loving partner I would never want to put someone in that situation at a young age. The saddest thing that there is. My children are in their 30s now. I couldn't imagine having a child in old age knowing you won't be there much of their life! Good luck though - your happiness is obvious!

You could be a saint and people would judge you. I have watched you and Jen for many years. Jen was a good Filipina girl who saved herself for the man she planned to marry. Filipinas see throughout their lives men who have a girlfriend and get them pregnant and then abandon them. That is the reason Filipinas are attracted to older guys. They see them as mature, making better decisions and giving them a stable life.

They're probably too young to understand you or have had twisted past relationships, now can't build lasting connection with others or see others happy. With nothing but respect to you and your lovely wife. Sadly it is a waste of time defending your relationship. No matter what you both say or do they will not lesson or hear you. This is what is important! You are happy. Your wife is happy. Everyone else and their opinion is not important. I know you with make sure your baby is registered as a US citizen. And I believe that when you pass (God Forbid)(May you live 30 years or more). Your underage son will qualify for Social Security. I am not an expert on this but I would think it would work that way. No one has a right to judge your relationship. That is your life and hers. So long as she is happy and your son is taken care of that is what is important. I know it may get to you and I am sure it upsets her no end. Just know the more you address the issue the more the will try to hate and bully. You have a great deal of loyal followers. Share your truth with them. Anyone else is not important! I personally hope you live to see your son graduate from college. And there is nothing to say you will not make it. Only God knows and no one else on that. I want the three of you to be happy and enjoy all the things your lives have to offer. And that is what is important. Not some keyboard warrior hiding behind a screen. Live your life and enjoy your truth. Most are just jealous of the blessings you have. As I have always heard a hater is going to hate. Nothing we can do about that but smile and laugh. Words can only hurt you when they come from someone you love or care about deeply. Words are powerless otherwise.
