doing this everyday to prepare for my schools danceline tryouts and help with dance!! day four (30 january 2024) oh. my. goodness. this was so hard! i almost stopped so many times if i’m being honest.. but hey, i did it! and i’m glad i did! i prefer the videos where you talk, just because it makes it feel more like a class and more personal, but thank you for posting these and keeping them up even after three years! i love your videos.
Thanks for such a wholesome video! I’ve been struggling with keeping my balance all my life but especially since I pulled my ACL. Knowing that dancers like you have successfully overcome a diagnosis like this gives me hope. The one leg squats almost killed me but I’ll keep on practicing to become better :). Love from Germany❤!
Also, another awesomely informative video thanks very much! Balance is of huge important and I also need some improvement in that department. In Hockey, especially as a goalie, that was a big deal.
