    I haven't danced consistently in a few months and this kicked my butt but I had so much fun can't wait to do it again an again until it becomes my warm up (might take a while lol but I'll get there) tysm for this video

    doing this everyday to prepare for my schools danceline tryouts and help with dance!!
    day three (29 january 2024)
    my calves were feeling better today but it’s monday and i had school and had to walk around a lot so the pain would come and go. this class was admittedly a little hard especially at the end with the starting in first, going into second and the left side arabesque jump. but i really liked it and i had a good workout for the end of the day.
