Unfortunately, grapes & watermelon never worked for me. Strawberry, raspberry, blackberry, kiwi, pineapple, green apple and peach give great results for me
Thank you for sharing your experience! It’s interesting how different fruits affect individuals uniquely. Your choice of strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, kiwi, pineapple, green apples, and peaches are excellent for managing blood sugar for many people because they’re nutrient-rich and often have a lower glycemic impact compared to grapes or watermelon. Keep doing what works best for you!
@@ForeverHealthUS Thank you kindly for such a nice response. I do want to empathize that many issues many are having have to do with industry processing the good out of food, essentially harming us, greatly. Many of the dishes my mom used to make can't be made anymore because the ingredients are available, unless your privy to a farm as a source, and even then . . . Everything seems to have become about greed and profit for the 0.05 top percent and the heck with the rest of us. Things will only change if the majority takes down the minorty, and that minority is tiny.
Thank you so much for your kind words! I'm glad you found the video helpful for managing diabetes. Your feedback motivates us to keep creating valuable content! 😊✨
You're welcome! No, grapefruit and pomelo are not the same, though they are related. Grapefruit is smaller, more tart, and typically yellow or pink inside, while pomelo is larger, milder, and has a thicker rind with pale yellow or green flesh. Both belong to the citrus family!
You're absolutely right! Grapefruit can interfere with how certain medications are metabolized in the liver, potentially leading to harmful effects or reducing the medication's effectiveness. It's always best to check with a healthcare provider about potential food-drug interactions, especially with grapefruit. Thanks for pointing that out! 🍊🚫

I love white flesh nectarines, cantaloupe and yellow mangos and won't give them up. I also love radishes and mini cukes with cottage cheese.
That's a delicious and refreshing selection of foods! Combining them with cottage cheese sounds like a fantastic mix of flavors and textures.

Grapefruit reacts with many medications, so it's a no-no in my book.
