    Oats are bad for health as they contain Avenin which is a gluten like substance and oats will increase your blood sugar levels. Diabetics must avoid any kind of wheat product as it contains gluten. Cheese is made from milk which contains gluten. Toast is bread which contains gluten. Peanut butter is bad for diabetics. This is a poor presentation without due homework. Rubbish!
