Have you tried egg banana pancakes ? Good protein and potassium. I like to eat them when I want a break from flour based pancakes. For two people: 3 eggs 1 or 2 bananas. Love breakfast with you. That was fun. Mix those protein pancakes with a scoop of protein powder for the extra protein, I like them. And thank you for the syrup. Use real butter. Eggs are perfect! Also have a little pineapple, helps with digestion and gives huge amounts of nutrients to the body. ❤
Nor you should use spray oil on a heating pan! Never! EVER do that! That's how you get yellow "dirty" sticky band around the inside of the pan. Always "smear" the pan with oil whilst heating it!
Kale is also good in mashed potatoes. With my son growing up, he would only eat mashed potatoes with kale. Now he eats me outta house n home....and he is always skinny and muscular. Just like you! ❤ ❤❤ Loved the vibes and I, too, have to have music while cooking. Makes it so much more fun especially with loved ones. Milk helps the eggs be light and fluffy. Been doing that since I started learning to cook. Love your kitchen as well!
