- In this video, we share our month-long motorcycle journey across Vietnam, from the bustling streets of Hanoi to the dynamic atmosphere of Ho Chi Minh City. On a rented Honda XR 150, my wife and I traversed over 3300 kilometers, exploring the diverse landscapes and rich cultural tapestry of Vietnam.
Our adventure took us through the heart of Vietnam's beauty, from the remote and rugged regions of Dong Van and the serene waters of Ba Be Lake to the historical depth of the Vinh Moc Tunnels and the breathtaking Hai Van Pass. We wandered through ancient cities like Hue, with its majestic Imperial City, and Hoi An - a place where time seems to stand still amidst its glowing lanterns. The vibrant coastal city of Nha Trang, the soothing highlands of Dalat with its sprawling coffee farms, and the sacred Ponagar Temple were just a few of the highlights that enriched our journey.
Join us as we recount the story of our adventure, the people we met, the foods we tasted, and the incredible sights that made this trip an unforgettable chapter in our lives. This is our exploration of Vietnam, a country of stunning landscapes, rich history, and captivating beauty.
I did two months on the XR 150 from HCMCi to Hanoi, in January & February 2023 , a total of 7100 km . It was AWESOME . ... Great video by the way :)
Amazing brother
Top tier adventure! 🔥🔥
Welcome to my country 🙂🙂🙂
...⭐️⭐️ rất vui được đi cùng bạn trên quãng đường 3300km qua màn ảnh nhỏ, mong chờ tập tiếp theo !💪👍👏🏻
Eat Good food ..I loved
Love Vietnam. Currently in Nha Trang by the beach. Beautiful scenery in your video.
Thanks! Check out the Yersin Museum if you have time. He's a fellow Swiss
@@BiasedMedia He was a native of Lavaux ( Vaud ) . You can visit his grave located between Dalat and Nha Trang . There was a French high school in Dalat named Lycée Yersin .
Yes I live close to Lavaux and was happy to see a famous Swiss that was so respected in Vietnam
You have your own unique way of traveling and exploring. is a real player. Have a nice trip and good luck!
Thanks! 😃

Really nice video, like your camera angle, it makes me feel like I am the one who is driving the bike, very interesting.
Thanks !
When’s the next episode ? Going in September and can’t wait 🎉
Working on it right now should be out in a week or two. I'm jealous haha you're gonna love Vietnam !
Thank you for sharing beautiful video.
Thank you very much ❤️
What a beautiful journey you two are on!! ❤
Thank you!
Tigit is a great choice for motorcycle rentals. You chose well
Indeed it was !
Great Video, thank you. We're doing something very similar in October using Tigit and an XR150... any tips welcomed 😃
I've added a few more videos and will continue to do so until I get the full journey
You should go from south to north if you want to travel across Vietnam. But if your goal is Hcmc then I can understand that
We leave monday . Did you bring enough cold weather cloths. IM not sure how much to bring.
We had our motorbike jackets and a fleece jacket just in case. It definitely saves us a few times. But I think the weather is warmer now.
Next year, I'm looking rollto visit Vietnam for several months, so I have a lot of questions but will only ask you only a few at this time. What was the process to get licensed? Do you have to be in Vietnam for an extended period of time to get licensed? How much did you pay for your bike?
How did you manage your finances; did you open a bank account; how did you access your funds from your homeland? Any insight would be much appreciated:)
Nice video! It's good to get new perspectives.
Thanks! I just had an international motorbike license along with my Swiss license. I paid about 500$ for a month of renting the bike.
Finances were easy, just got money from the ATMs with my Swiss bank card or revolut.
Thank 4 sharing 😊
16:07 WHAT??? WHAT??? WHat the hell did the creaky door say???!!! 🤣 Sounded like a Vietnamese tiktok girl with autotune on
Awesome video. Is you IDL from Europe or the USA?
Thanks! We're from Europe, Switzerland
6:50 definitely ripped you off a bit haha but no big deal. That meal should have cost at most 100k for 2 ppl and this is being generous
Haha oh well! Not a big deal.
What's the name of the homestay?
I assume you're talking about the 2ne one, it was called Homestay Hoàng Vũ
Why would you put Vietnamese subtitles bro
You can use auto translate for vietnamese
Oh yeah you totally got ripped off @200k. Did it at least come with drinks? That should've cost 40-60k max
