ok first of all i went into safe mode and it didnt work and said "windows recource protection could not start the repair servce" and i can not do it with normal windows as i only have like 1 minute and 50 secs it takes to startup and then at a min i get a bluescreen!

i dont know what's wrong with my pc but when i start my pc it works fine for about 20 to 30 second and then it automatically takes the color of my wallpaper for ex if my wallpaper is ofgreenery so there will be a blank screen of color green and it will restart on its own
