I stayed natural for about six years and on and off you know throughout. But I got up the 405 on the bench press and around 450 on squat they were all in the forest that's all I remember. But now still good at 205 lb bench pressing 315 10 times. Also 40 years old though so just on 200mg of testosterone a week prescribed

Something I have been in search for quite sometime is a connection with somebody that goes beyond vanity. It's very hard to do in this day and age. People can be, somewhat very superficial.
On my quest to achieve this I have learnt a lot about human nature. It seems to me that those who are not given traits such as beauty or being wealthy are some of the nicest, kindest and generous people.
While the "gorgeous" and well off seem to be the most arrogant and greedy people out there. Of course that's not to say there aren't beautiful kind people out there.
I've been in the process of change for a while now and I have made some decent changes.

And I started with one of the strongest, Tren and let me say I got bulky asf after the cycle. Everything Theo says about it is true but it’s not worth your health. I hit a blood vessel a few times and it’s just the worst cramps ever

@@cdeezy2718 so long as you are in a surplus your bodyweight will increase. This only needs to be 200-300 cals a day over maintenance. That 3 apples or bananas to put it in perspective. Its entirely your choice but I don't think it is worth it. As you have previously stated any gains made will be lost as soon as you come off the gear, so why bother? I think you would be better to accept your body, work hard and be proud of that hard work. We are all different and that is cool. In my opinion it is so obvious when people are on steroids and I think it is a stupid look. Big balls for shoulders for example! You do you though and its all good with me. Take care my friend 👍
@@mikebizzleuk my metabolism is already on steriods. Dont get me wrong ive gone on diets where i eat 6 meals a day+mass gainer shakes and a half gallon of whole milk and can gain 15 pounds a week but if i stop i slowly lose it
