@@thaifoodspy5830 i just made this and everything was fine until I smelled that fish sauce! I'll just let it marinate and try again tomorrow. Wow! **Edit** 24 hrs later and tasted the sauce...delicious now. When you make it at first the fish sauce is overpowering. But after a day and combined with the lemon, this what I wanted exactly! Thank you!!

yes this is the sauce that is on every table in Thai Restaurants. Shalott is optional.
