I just started using cerave on my face and i highly recommend their cleanser and moisturizer. My skin and acne have improved significantly in only a few days of use. Great video
for those dealing with true acne ( acne vulgaris) please know that it's genetic! Sometimes topical medications might not be enough and you should find a dermatologist who would help you! As for the topicals I recommend epiduo ( its a combined of benzoyl peroxide which is antibacterial, and a retinoid adapalene which helps with clogged pores and micro comido formations) also I recommend Dr.Dray here on TH-cam, she is a board certified dermatologist and always gives budget friendly recommendations regarding different skin problems

Wet your face with some lukewarm water, then use one squirt of the cleanser, rub it between your hands and then gently massage it on your face. After that, rinse your face and then apply the retinol cream. Then moisturize. Hopefully, this helps

6 feet is a pretty great height to be at. Remember that height is 80% genetic so there isn't that much you can do if you want to increase that. But you don't need to lol so to glow up I would focus on the aspects mentioned in the video.
Find a macro calculator and put in your stats (mass, height, sex and weekly activity). Put in your goals and then find out how many calories you need to deficit. I recommend of those daily calories you eat clean food and not junk food.
look so i fucked upim 16 turning 17 next month and i had eczema since i was 9 i was dubmass kid who never wanted to use creams so i was covered in ezceama till around 14 i decided to treat myself and now most of my body is discoloured/pigmented i aint ugly but im insecure af like my face is darker in certain areas and lighter in others if anyone knows anyways i can make my skin lighter again pls help cus i miss bein lightskin
