I can confirm that when I started not caring about what other people thought about me, I was able to speak how i felt without being scared of being laughed at. A girl this year apparently likes me and she likes being around me a lot. I would 1000% recommend just talking and expressing yourself while talking to someone.

TRUTH
What helped me learn the be a better communicator or a better charismatic person was being an observer. I started paying attention to people who were magnetic. You know those types, the ones who can walk into a room and instantly become the center of attention, but not because they're the loudest. I watched how they interacted, how they listened to others, how they used body language. I'd pick up on small things like how they made eye contact, smiled at the right moments, or even how they made others feel seen.

100% bro, it's literally a cheat code being an observer instead of a player/consumer. You learn so much and don't attach yourself to the positives or negatives, you simply experience them for as they are
I thought once that my friends were true friends. That was until I understood that they were not themselves. They found out of my flaws, and left. I'll try improving my social and communication skills. I'll be back when the comment hits 10k.

I try to always help around in my class, but rather then receiving something from them (for example: also helping me in various situations), what I get is bullying and ruthless behavior. What’s the point then in helping someone when he doesn’t care of you…? But Jak, you are a great guy, you make my day brighter :)
dude in my vision the point is just being a nice guy and not expecting nothing for anyone, they are not obliged to give something to you and vice versa, but you still do it anyway for your spiritual peace by being a nice fella
I have started taking green smoothies around 3 weeks ago and switched my food to whole grain and the difference is amazing. also I was doing just that what you said sending positive energy yesterday while playing a nice game and I helped beginners didn’t get hung up on people not wanting to chat and just having a good time I’m glad we see charismatic ways of communicating the same way.
You should start a spotify playlist of advice like this. There would be a lot of people which would listen to it one of them being me.

The pov that I had of charisma before and after this vid has changed 180 degrees my pov of charisma was being confident and showing people that you are perfect and that you are the one that he has the aura of the world and this shit but now man I really understand that charisma is making people feel comfortable whit you and that you are relied on and being your self whit people and not caring about what they think just be your self whit being confident and giving that aura of that “hey I am here I am present” so thank you therepist

And you're right. You can't do that if you're have a certain level of insecurity. If you think you're ugly, work on that, physically and mentally. You don't need to be completely perfect chad, even if you are a perfect chad there'd still be people who won't like the way you look and that's okay. That's completely fine. Just keep on imporving yourself, that's the way you'll love yourself, and you can only love others if you love yourself. You are not an introvert, you're insecure.

I got a stupid story to tell you. I was buying books for school from a girl and she seemed very nice in the conversation we had while texting about meeting to buy these books. The day of the meeting came up. I was actually excited to see her. I wanted to tell her a joke related to what she texted me and I choked and I didn't say it. It's probably because I didn't take off my earphones with the music playing. It might sound stupid but it's been over a month since that happened and yet it still comes back to my mind very often and I'm just mad at myself. The saddest part is that I started to be more confident lately and then something like that happened
