(1:38) Moving of the Legs Benefits: It removes the tiredness from the legs. It also increases its awareness by increasing its blood and energy circulation. In Budd Chiari syndrome, hm aap ko ye salah dete h ki ek chititsak se paramarsh kre. Aap dhyan rakhe ki aap ki condition kafi alag aur special h to aise me aap specialized Yog Abhyas kre, kisi Yog Prasikshak se vartalap kr k unke sath Yog kre.
