Thanks, generally IBJJF rules for competing. We have to modify takedowns and throws for BJJ because we have to be careful with exposing the back on some throws and not rolling through into a bad position, that is commonly done in Judo as the match ends once a throw scores ippon. In BJJ you need to end up on top and hold top position for 3 seconds and you only score 2 points and it’s just the start of the match.
