Craig recently came to Bangtao for a 2 Day BJJ seminar, after he was finished he stayed for a few extra days and rolled with some of our current members. Watch the full video to see if anyone could submit the 2nd best to ever do it.

it would behoove people to recognize when others are letting them work. if nicky ryan and jozef chen openly talk about how demoralizing it is training with craig, a random blue belt post seminar should not be sticking their knee on his neck or death gripping an anaconda. i can assure you you are not going to submit him nor were you ever close.

Some guys don't know that when you roll or sparr with high-level guys, you do it lightly because changes are, they are taking it easy with you and could fuck you up any time they want.
