14:50 If lead leg pull back -> head from inside to collar -> 3 feet set up -> drop low to catch inside knee (15:50 / inside hand), switch side to catch far leg with collartie hand -> run down (16:20), pass legs
20:00 if opponent passive -> fake a shoot -> snap neck down to floor
This ok but I have seen Prof. Segal take down multiple attackers at the same time
Sensei seagal😉
He also knows the death touch so better not mess with him
Seagal is good
Haha, good one
You have to remember O Sensei Seagal is at one with nature in a way that takes decades of dedicated practice.
Invaluable information, thank you Bo.
wonderful teaching!
This is sooo good!!! 🔥🔥🔥👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
Thank you for sharing !
That coconut bonk ah sound at 20:35 had me geeked
Great stuff. You can tell why Bo is next level. Can't wait to see him be champ.
Why? Does he turn you on? Is he the fighter you find most sexy?
Wrestlers don't have submissions nor do they know how to strike one or both required ingredients to be a UFC champ.
who tf he beat in mma?
This guy's a wizard so much knowledge
Thank you, Bo.
I love what he said about position in the intro!
Great details, thanks to Bo for the lesson and thanks to Pathfinder for posting!
Awesome stuff
Great video, thank you
This is excellent. I'm sharing.
Great competition advice. Information nicely disseminated. Aum & oss
Natural teacher!
This is a great instructional - should have a million views within weeks!

You mean dean list
Yeah lmao noticed jocko too
Jesus! In another life I am definitely going to join the Jr. H.S. and H.S. wrestling teams! And. Pray. I. Have. A. Coach. Like. Bo!!
that arm trapped - back take at @22:12 was slick. haven't seen that before. I wonder if the hips would be controlled well enough?
Bo the truth 💪🏿
I have a BJJ competition tomorrow and suddenly this appears on my page. I’m thankful Bo
How'd you do brother? Get any solid tie ups or takedowns?
He’s prolly still in the hospital
@@zaarongaming8174 I use this hand all the time and it was really helpfull. i won my category 73,5 kilos. first match on point, second by taktarov
@@zaarongaming8174 ya thanks. This hand on the head is soo disgusting and helpful for takedowns. I won first by points and second fight by taktarov. Beautiful feelings.
@@thenotoriousmmakd9118 Aweeesome stuff man, yeah the head on hand works wonders! I'm always pumped to see guys use wrestling in BJJ, especially as a diehard Nickal enjoyer. I've got a competition coming up later this month, I'll let you know if I'm able to pull anything off; I'm one of the less experienced guys in my division, but I'm probably the most athletic, so it'll be fun.
This guy is a takedowns encyclopedia.
Great
bo is a damn good coach
He’s playing chess while I’m playing checkers. When I have collar tie is just snap down then shoot the double leg. Good stuff.
Yo good lookin out with thisb
Echo’s looking JAAACKED
UKE - STIFFEN THAT BACK UP SON!!! STAND STRAIGHT! STAY HARD
Bo spends an entire seminar teaching his ultimate craft, honed during life-time of wrestling, to jiu-jitsu players.
Jiu-jitsu players at next competition: immediate guard pull.
Oh god, a jockofuel sponsor shiver me timbers
Can your opponent hit a slide by when you put pressure into him like that?
That actually seems like pretty good training
12:39 In the back... ready for 1 .. 2 .. 😁
Leo Vieira sitting there casually....
Is that joko willink
Is that Rani Yahya, the partner of Bo?
Is that Leozinho in black sitting infront 7:30?
Hi hello howdy greeting bless
Leo Vieira just sitting there looking like my confused uncle in sweatpants. Room full of killers.
What happens in part number 1 if they threaten the shoulder throw Seoi nage? You just roll with them and rear naked? Most of the time it’s too fast to even react to. I see why a lot of guys go into collar tie and hand fight with the opposite free hand so no one can get grips. I know it’s a battle of using momentum against them, but grip fighting and gaining grips is so underrated if you can ware the other guy out and are super strong
Are you’re asking what happens if the guy on the bottom (aka the guy being pulled around by Bo) threatens a seoi nage? If so, then I don’t think that’s likely to happen as long as 1) Bo has the inside tie, and 2) he’s putting pressure on the guy’s head. I’m a brown belt in judo so I’ve hit seoi nage a lot and I’ve hit seoi nage many times before during no gi practice and I’ve always hit it after getting the inside tie. I just don’t feel like that bicep grip at 6:29 is a good enough grip to pull his arm forward, so hence why I think as long as the inside tie is there, he should be ok. Now the collar tie is the important part because keeps him bent over will in turn make it difficult for him to swing his hips around. Now if the guy tries to hit the seoi nage on Bo’s collar tie arm, then Bo can stop or slow down his rotation with the inside tie.
@@minhquando100Absolutely, but if he reversed and got the under hook somehow and then Seoi nage
@@minhquando100Also, what happens if he collar ties back with his right hand on Bo’s neck? Does that mean I wasn’t using the collar tie properly? [keeping my head close with his instead of keeping him at mid range by pushing the neck away?] I would assume you just peel the tie off with a reverse grip, or push the bicep away to counter into your own under hook? Or just re-grip entirely? How not to turn it into a game of attrition?
1:17 Hoodie too hot? Good.
7:45 Hurts to kneel? Good.
🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
I like what Bo does here with hiding his head in the crook of his Elbow 15:54 , in essence he's using his body as a post up block to the leg shot 😉😜
This is what his coach Cale Sanders had so much success with.
Was that Bo's coach ? Sanders(on)??
@@TallulahBoolah yes
lol theres Dean Lister!
Boy it's juh alkaha
Acting like ah kiiid ity jus alcahal
“It’s akkahal “

Why does Dean look SO angry!
12:18
I would be pissed if I paid for this
Khamzat Coming Soon🎉😂
Khamzat has watched this numerous times.
No Bickel
He is a wrestler. He is not use to laying down on his back like a bit(h. That laying down is stupid!! Notice he ends up up top always. Rare for you to see him lay down!! That laying down is stupid might get stomped by laying down. Look a Horace gracey dude beat everyone but along came Matt Hughes and he beat him. That should say enough. Here is Bo same thing
Mike Willever from Active Self Protection would destroy this scam artist.
I realize this seminar may have been attended by strictly high level people, and I appreciate it being shared for free. However, me watching this video is like me going to Jerry Rice for advice on running routes.
Step 1: be capable of executing every sub-action of every potential movement at a top 250 humans on the planet level.
Step 2: have the knowledge to perfectly leverage your power, while destroying your opponents leverage with every sub-action.
Step 3: turn that knowledge into instinctive reaction responses.
Step 4: “Here is what I would do.”
He gives control of his front elbow away on the way in
i bet he knows what he is doing...
😂. Hope you don't do this to your professor and friends when they teach something. Not trying to give you a hard time but it's a classic kind of comment.
We all know there are setups and counters to everything.
I'm sure he knows the counter to the counter to the counter. Seems he's keeping in mind that he's teaching a bunch of BJJ guys who might need a very basic foundation.
Have you tried getting him this info? He’s on his way to a world title and may not make it if he is unaware. I think you can reach out to his management team directly and inform them and they can pass the message to him and maybe consult with you
You thought you could fool me
Huhhh?
That was the most basic "system" ever. Its just lead leg double, lag leg single to lasso, and snapdown.
Ok champ. ⌨️🤼
That's what good grappling is. Basics executed to a high level.
The best guys I’ve trained with are phenomenal at the basic things and they hammer you w them and don’t give you a chance to get going unless you can deal with it, which is very hard!
🙄
with one difference, same result. You do that to him he shuts you down. He does that to you, he drops you, aaaaand shuts you down.
talking too much wtf
I haven’t done jiu jitsu for a couple years and still watched this entire video haha.
