Can You Beat Batman: Arkham City if Every Enemy is Armored?

- I used a cheat engine in Batman: Arkham City to input this code [set BmGame.RCharacter bArmoured true], which allowed me to turn every single enemy in the game into an armored enemy. Will I be able to beat the game? Watch and find out!

Indeed, I always loved using this gadget especially on Predator mode (both in game story and Riddler Challenges) whenever there’s a last thug left in the room I simply switched and use the REC to bully him countless times, I always laughed my @ss off whenever zapped the last thug left in room multiple times shooting wildly while the thug being scared shitless all the time 😂 it really makes you feel as if you are the true fear and terror in his life 😆
I like this comment, cause I only just realized yesterday that the REC could fling shock baton wielders, like it makes sense when I think about it but it never occurred to me until I hit one by accident and learned something new

@@user-cf1go4gk2w Instead of that brain rotting Suicide Squad game, Rocksteady should have made "Hugo Strange: Counter The Batman". The entire game is just waiting inside of Wonder Tower for hours, and eventually Batman comes to you and then with a single button press Hugo just suplexes Batman off the tower to win Ra's Al Ghul's respect. It's not much, but you can't honestly say it would be worse than Suicide Squad.
I love that The REC is basically Kryptonite to Armoured, Sheild and Stun thugs
Arkham City is just one of those games that you can play at any time and just have good old fun. this game is just a masterpiece, no doubt about it

I really like to watch these "impossible" challenges videos. I can't really explain, but it's amusing to see how much effort and time these content creators put on their gameplays just to complete a challenge.
To be very honest: I would *never* have all that patience.
I mean.. the video does have 88k views so it was probably worth it. Definitely wouldn't try this as one of my first videos though, that's for sure.

My overall point is this, whether their armored or not, hitting the thugs in the opening part of the game won’t do anything to them
It’s actually really interesting seeing you come up with these crazy video ideas and figuring out how to do things like skip fights that i always thought had to be completed. Glad i subbed. Plus the commentary and jokes makes everything 10x better lmao
26:35 The Remote Claw In Arkham Origins is The REC From Batman Arkham City. I just watched Degenerate Jay's video on best Arkham gadgets. He said you can grapple multiple enemies at once, you can instant ko an enemy to a gargoyle and grapple stuff to an enemy with the remote claw.
I think the Shock Gloves will do more work, but definitely for Predator, it’s useful for the challenge. He could use the Tightrope and Zipline takedowns for them

I believe the reason for why you were able to take down the Lieutenants and the Titans, is because you were attacking them in the manner that they normally would be damaged by, and/or the armor simply didn’t work the same on them. For the Titan, they are ordinarily stunned by the explosive gel, and so are normal thugs, so perhaps that’s the thing that got them. For Mr. Hammer, he normally gets damaged by Titan (as do normal armored thugs), he gets damaged by the cars (same as normal armored thugs), and then upon the final hit, he is able to be taken out. Within the game code, I figure it’s looked at as the same as you on the end of your normal beat down, so the state that he’s in is entirely different than his normal armored state.
I imagine those are the reasons, but that’s just speculation. Also for Origins (you may already have done this/know this), you can do the Special Combo Explosive Gel into Multi Ground Takedown to takedown most foes, and it’s easier to get that quick Combo Boost again with the Shock Gloves (although in saying THAT, the Shock Gloves probably do work anyway)
I love how he has to do so many glitches to fly thru buildings when my wifi is so ass it happens every like 10 minutes

Does Arkham Knight have any comparable commands? Knightmare mode is starting to get too easy for me
I think it might. I'm trying to look into Origins and Knight to see what codes are usable, but I haven't been able to find the right files yet. For City I looked into the Global Persistent Data Cooker file and took note of the booleans. Haven't yet been able to find where those are listed in Origins and Knight though :/
it is possible to do all the glitches on console although you will need different setups
I'd say, just like vault 101 forced roach kill, I would not count pure tutorial section into the challenge given that 99/100 tomes you don't have access to all your utility.
Is it possible to create an Arkham City challenge where every unarmed enemy becomes armed with a gun/sniper? Probably would make some combat sections really hard/impossible but I would love to try it out
I've been trying to figure out how to do that for a while but nothing I've tried so far has worked. It probably requires further modding than just the basic cheat menu, but I definitely want to try that challenge out someday
