You can cancel beatdowns straight into special combo takedowns without needing to dodge back. Very useful for speeding up brute finishers

You can beat every game in the series without dodging. Its generally better to just run away from big things or throw gagdets at stun batons. The only tricky thing might be shields in Asylum if we're saying aerial attacks are aslo off limits, but you can just cape stun to buy time and stay away from them until you have combo
