See u didnt put any oil in your crank case. I dont either. Owners manual says to drain tank and engine and change filter. Also says open plug on top of engine by ur filter, but dont say nothing about adding any there. My manual says to do excatly what u did. It all goes in tank. So do they want us to loosen plug for crank so it drains better or is the 2024 manuals misprinted. Or does the oil run from tank into bottom of engine enough to cause good lubrication on start up? Anyways kinda weird cause I see us all do it different. I had to take a double and triple look at manual and it for sure says add 1-1/2 qt to tank and let run a bit then let set and check again. Kinda strange though. But all of our Raptors start and run either way we do it. Is there a right or wrong way???? Be safe and happy trails.
hi, i do exactly as the yamaha manual says to do. i fill 1.85l into the engine oil tank and not into the crankcase, i did this on my 2 700 raptor i had absolutely no problems and i did 12 000 miles with them.. 1,3L in tank oil /start engine accelerate slowly 3-4time /stop engine/0,550L in tank oil. Finish

I’m down bro, dm me on insta and we can work out the details👍
How are you keeping the engine so clean, I can’t figure out a way to get the dirt stains off the motor!
I just clean it after every ride, sometimes you just really gotta scrub it
How do u grease it up.
I run the same oil.. Have you checked the valves yet? And how many hours are you at now?
Probably at about 35 hours haven’t checked the valves yet tho
@@ashtonc05 me either I’m at about 30. Glad to know I’m not the only one lol. I might do that soon just to be safe
@@HiTecRedneck92 yea I need to get it done too😭
These raptors will go lot longer than 30 hours before a valve checks
Did he even drain the oil tank?
What socket set do u have
craftsman 225pc
That’s a sick skin!!!
Regardless of what you do, the bike takes only 2 quarts of oil that’s it😏
Jake is an amsoil dealer next time hit him up and get it a ton cheaper.
Damn man gotta take him up on that one
Good video. I've never heard of this strikehold lube before but I'm interested. It's not the same as WD-40 or lithium grease? It looks way better tbh.
Yea it’s some pretty good stuff
maintain bro? lol
nie umiesz nawet oleju wymienić chłopie dramat
