Great timing. I just got the blood moon pledge for a fantastic price over the weekend and just started my 1st game today. Love your playthroughs, keep up the great work.
Great video as always. I have played finished chapter 1 a couple of days back. I am watching this in order to make sure I got it all right. I did not go to check the Chapter 1 specific tiles but I dont remember the church of thr good chalice special tile on the list. Usually the random ones are unlabeled. I know this video is quite old but please correct me if I'm wrong 😅. 48:13

A good strategy if you have a single card left and it's a Dodge card, end your turn immediately so you can dodge the enemy's activation. Attacking with your last card only opens you up to damage if you can't finish the enemy off. =)
I think that the attack from the Hunter Mob it played when you dealt out the third and fourth wounds should have affected you since you didn’t kill it. If I remember correctly, the rules or the FAQ state that attacks will be resolved in those situations, e.g. if an attack will push a boss from stage one to two.

yea I did but I think you played it right now..hunter pistol doesnt affect ability of saw cleaver +1dmg on stagger right?..and can you attack an enemy put an attack lets say basic blue card and enemy reveals a card and you dodge it putting the dodge card on faster slot, does the attack youve put first still goes through?@@RollingSolo
Hey Vincent! Insight comes from completing insight missions. You’ll find them in this Chapter on the Chapter Mission card when you land on certain tiles. It will provide you with an Insight Mission (side quest) to go on if you choose. If you complete it, you gain an insight. In this case towards the main Hunt Mission. Hope that helps!

At the 58 min mark. You did correct the hunters mob minion with the insight token. But you also choose not to doge the attack. And since the mob is not killed I believe the damage still gets done right?

In the first combat you must dodge twice the special attack of the beast if you dont you recieve 2 damage

I got lucky at the last fight of this one as I didn’t have to deal with the nasty ‘campaign ability’. That was a positive!
didnt u do on min 54:20 3 dmg cause of the stagger..its says staggering deals +1 on ur ability
