That was an exciting game of Knifey Doggy that Tom and Ravs played, highlight of the game. Although I overall respect the ability to play Funny Doors during the whole game.

Nice, actual board game in person. It's been too long. I don't even mind if it's an AD.
It's usually not as bad with ads for board games compared to ads for computer/console games. But at least it's not Raid or other mobile gacha games.

Tom as Barry Burton going around killing things is just the most fitting thing.
The funny doors mechanic actually feels like the game.
I am amazed how they managed to play a whole game with an alarm going off throughout the whole thing and it not effecting anything
That's really clever with the dungeon building mechanics, having the number on the doors to randomize it

The combat and movement mechanics were really interesting, this was a lot of fun! I know this is an old video so I don't know what they state of the game is now, but I'd love to watch you guys play more, especially with the legacy mechanics, if and when it's possible!

I just finished getting all the achievements in resi 1. Huge fan, I’m a Warhammer painter, looking at this Kickstarter really is getting my juices flowing. Right up my alley.
Well, I remember the old Resident Evil arcade games, and I was equally disgusted and amazed by Resident Evil 7, so this is really fun to see. What a great group playing this cool game.

Man those special effects when Ben joined the knifey dog room. Blew the whole budget on that one there.

The zombies should be able to break the door down after 2 full turns but u can still shut it again after and maybe up the bullets at start by 5
It'd be a massive pain to keep track of how battered each door is though. I think it'd be better to have the zombies move to a door and roll to see if they bash it open.
@@weezact7 maybe only zombies near each character will slowly move towards him and knock down a door after a couple turns if he's still near by each player would have to remember idk

If it wasn't for the difficulty of dog acting, I'd suggest you make a live action recreation of the events called Doors of the Dead.

It seems pretty good besides the fact that if your bad rng you’ll just be stuck in a loop fighting a single zombie for 5 rounds
How does this one relate to the board game from 2017?
I knew lewis would be the first to instantly split up, I've watched druidz i know his MO
So if the order of the levers doesn't matter, than how can you know if you pulled the right one? When you pull a lever, you flip a card to see if it's one of them. You would have to look at all of the cards to see if one of them is correct, which means that you would know what all the levers are by pulling one. Is that correct?
No I think its because Lewis had collected the combination, otherwise you need to get it fully correct
@@devoidofvoltz2562 But Tom pulled the red lever before Lewis did that, and just randomly flipped a card over that just happened to be red. That's where my confusion is, if it wasn't red, would he have had to flip the other two to check?
@@ThatPsdude from what I can it looks like their is an order from left to right, so when Tom pulled the lever he flipped the first card, now if this card was not the one Tom pulled the combination would have to be shuffled again.
@@ThatPsdude from what I understand once Lewis knew the combination they could be pulled in any order but before then you have to get them in the exact right order or else flip the cards back over
What Tom did was realise that the worst case scenario of him pulling the red lever was that not being the first one, flipping the card back over and having to wait in that room until Lewis got the combination to see if red was one of them which meant it was worth the gamble to be able to use the rest of his actions

Probably just to make more money, and it's like a tabletop culture to promote and kickstart a new boardgame nowadays I guess.
Probably no confidence in the market for it. Kickstarter is a way to minimize exposure (risk exposure, not market exposure). Without it, they probably wouldn't have risked making it. Not that I support the decision, but there's an understandable explanation.
The board game is being made by steamforged games. From what i can gather, The licensee has little to do with board games other than finalizing art etc.
Pretty sure its not funded by Capcom, Steamforged games bought the liscense from them. So they can make games, but Capcom are still required to fund the final art, minis, etc.

Lewis is unbearable. He clearly gets annoyed when no one pays attention to him and the constant back-seat gaming to an essentially new game is distracting. Criticizing people for their moves is annoying like at 19:15 . He really ruined this playthrough in my opinion.
