    I dry my own grapes into raisins from my Thompson seedless vine and they turn out quite well. I would say better than what you can find in stores; no added sugar and delicious. 🍇

      @@spicyramen5135 The process is very simple. You lay out a piece of newspaper and cover the surface with one layer of grapes. Then you put the paper with the grapes in the direct sun all day and take it in at night to protect them. Repeat the process the next day and continue for about one to two weeks and then when the grapes dry and turn brown, you will have raisins. Much Success!

      It's not. That's not what they are saying at all. Especially if you have sugar problems. They just took out all the water and all that's left is sugar. Wth are you talking about😂? Get some stevia or erithrotol and eat as little as possible to get your sweets cravings. My belly is flat now from not eating sugar, fruitandmcarbs. Sugar is down too.

    Seriously, as a child I could all ways remember what my mother said, she said, I Donot want No 🛌Bedwetter in this house,and would have me to eat a coffee cup medium size full of raising every night before, made sure I went to the bathrooms, before bed. And I am old now, but I still eat raising out the box. For some reason I donot care for cookies raisins at all, maybe it too much sugar for me like Gummi worms with all that sugar, 3 musketeers candy too much sugar.

      I do want to just live my life to the fullest. I'm just curious as to which foods help aid certain things in our bodies. Like what do bananas help aid in our bodies? Blueberries? Cashews? I agree with you though. Some people get to the point of stressing over simple things.

    I ate raisins for so long didn't know too many could mess up your stomach. I stopped eating them and started eating dates. Those too are addicting. Raisins are minimally processed so that's why I had to cut them out. I rather make them from grapes myself if I'ma eat them

      Adding a few raisins to your diet surely won't ruin your efforts, especially if you feel good doing so. Better than going for candy or junk foods! You can also try a couple soaked raisins. My approach to diet is: all but in moderation 😊 Hope that helps. Good luck!

    Fructose can't be used by the body, only glucose. Fructose has to be converted by the liver first. So it's not a "quick source of energy".

    I commonly like to eat and use as a part of my food organic raisins, dates and figs, just like organic nuts, like walnuts and hazelnuts, and almonds and I normally never buy and eat candies, chocholate candies included, but because I love the taste of cocoa I like to drink warm good quality cocoa with organic honey and use cocoa other ways too as a part of my food.

      You must be unhealthy. Because all the stuff you just named have a lot of sugar. Ask people around you if you have a belly because people don't notice on themselves. I had a huge gut from eating too much sugar and never noticed. Neither did my girlfriend. Be both just thought the other one knew. Any sugar is bad because the liver is the only organ that can metabolize fructose and it give you a belly because it starts to get fat. No days our livers have too much work to do from all of the polution everywhere this is another problem.
