I was there last March and can confirm is was a beautiful month to visit. It´s cold but not too cold, it didn´t rain at all and saw the lights (but only once and while in Reykjavík). We were able to drive everywhere and had no issues.
Hey there! Awesome to hear! Thanks for the great comment and for watching the video! ☺🧡
Hello Victoria, you are so lucky!!!
I will visit Reykjavik on 30 March. But because it is the end of the month, I am afraid if I won’t see the northern lights 🥹 Do you remember when exactly you were there please?
I stumbled across some Iceland nature footage recently and now I just can't stop thinking about this country. When I fall asleep, when I take suburbian train to Moscow, even when I watch other vids, the scenery of vulcanos and waterfalls, glaciers and fjords, nature in general just captivates me
I'll be there in about 3 weeks and already signed up for a northern lights tour and the food walk with you guys. Can't wait!!
The perfect way to start any Iceland trip!
I’ll be there April 1 but doing the ring road via campervan. Can’t wait.
We are planning to visit this March and drive the Ring Road! So excited!
Can't wait to get there. Great Video, very informative. I would love a tour or 2 with you guys.
Glad I found this channel. Planning on a trip very soon so great to have videos to help figure out what to do.
Welcome aboard! 🧡
I’m coming this March, from 7th to 14th. Can’t wait!!!!❤❤❤
Thank you so much! I'm from Argentina and I'm Planning to visit Iceland in March 2025

Thank you so much for watching! And we look forward to seeing you here soon! 🧡
I'm planning a trip to Iceland in March , first time ever hoping to catch the northern lights one of my bucket list things to do ❤❤
How awesome! And we sure hope to see you on one of our fun tours 😍
And some vodka at the ice bar of course 😁😁
I am booking with an agent back in the UK, hopefully on itinerary northern lights , whale watching , then golden circle and secret lagoon hot springs , there for five days , might want to try the blue lagoon spa waters also , which is not booked , but being first time in Iceland taking it day by day 👍,
Friends and I are heading to Iceland in March and we are too excited! This video definitely answered some questions I had and made me laugh too haha, thanks for the help!!
Glad it was helpful! Looking forward to seeing you here soon! 🧡
Just got back from my first trip. Time for another visit already!
Wonderful
Can’t wait visit this beautiful country for the first time! Be arriving mid March and renting a 4x4 for a real adventure. Be keeping an eye out for the northern lights!
Such a helpful video! Thank you sooo much!
Ive just returned home to Australia & had this tour booked with you guys & it wasn’t cancelled 😮 unfortunately I was ill with motion sickness & couldn’t continue after a few pick ups 😢 ugh, but the guys looked after me so well for which I was grateful. A lot of money to lose but I understand why I wouldn’t get a refund! Just means I have to try again 😅
Thanks, this was very helpful. We just booked our flight to Iceland in March. Checking out your website next!
You've convinced me, I'm coming in March 😄
Woooho!! ☺
Went for a week in December 23. It was genuinely magical. Gold stars for the Reykjavik Food and Drink Tour from Wake Up Reykjavik! 👋Love warrior! Definitely book this tour early in your trip as you will have a great time and your guide will be a source of amazing information about whatever you are up to in Iceland. Our tip after our trip is to make sure your outer wind/rain layer is top notch, and then you can deal with most things the erratic Icelandic weather can throw at you. We cannot wait to book our next trip back and bring more friends with us.
How awesome to hear from you! And great pointers to other fellow travelers 🇮🇸 We sure hope to see you again here someday! ☺
I’m aiming to celebrate Christmas and new year on iceland! I’m super excited! I’ll just go again after march hehe
Trip booked for end of Feb/March! 🎉🎉 I booked all our tours with you guys.
I'm coming next march !! Thank you 😊
You are so welcome!
I loved this video and all the tips! I’ll be there in April, can you make a video for April?? Thanks!
Wow so happy to hear that you found our video useful - and YES we actually have a video about April in the works, so I hope you are subscribed and with the notifications on 🔔
yes, i did thums up...I'll be there next month, i can't wait LOL
Yay! Thanks for that! We can't wait to see you here soon 🥳
I love your Chanel and plan on coming to Iceland in December for my 50th, is there a high possibility of seeing the Northern Lights then?
We were planning on coming in October and we’re getting ready to book but we saw a video that a line near the city might be more active. Any tips? We still want to come but concerned what it might have in store for us? We definitely planned on doing one of the food walks and a day tour or two based on another video we saw!
Easter falls in March this year. Is this a good time to travel? Which shops close (can I get snacks from a supermarket) and does public transport run normally?
What are your thoughts on snorkeling in March? I’d love to do it but not if the waters are super choppy and dangerous.
March is a mixed month, definitely not warm but not freezing. The water is always super cold so that will never change but they would not do a tour in unsafe conditions ☺️
Hello! I am coming the first week in April - I want to do your food tour, but I am between doing the South coast tour and the golden circle with secret lagoon and tomato farm. Which would you suggest I pick?
Hey! Also a great month to come 🇮🇸 it all depends on your personal preferences but I do really like the Golden Circle + Secret Lagoon with the food walk! 🥳
Is February a good month to visit Iceland
My birthday is Wednesday in 3 days! Can y’all pick me up from the airport? 😀
And closures for Easter? Traditions?
Please I need the promo code
Sæl og blessuð Guðný 👍
My air credit will be good
Going May 19 2025 Reykjavik
good positive mood ma'am. Would you like an Indian guy working there for a 6 month internship?
I would like to work in the warmer months if you need.
Some of my skills are - obviously language speaking (hindi/english), arranging things beautifully, astrology, yoga, acting/singing/dancing, teaching, health/nutrition, cricket/football/table tennis, maybe some more things also.
160,000 ISK for your Northern Lights tour? Are you having a laugh???
That's the base price for our private Northern Lights tour, yes! But then we have 2 scheduled options that are not as expensive - you can see all the variations on our site here wakeupreykjavik.com/tours I hope that helps! 🥳
