At OCB, they squad learn that one of the junkies they have arrested is Mark Jorgenson, Jr., son of wealthy Miami market trader Mark Jorgenson, Sr.. As this is Mark, Jr.'s second offense in eight months, they apply the pressure, hoping to find out the names of his dealer and the dealer's supplier. They almost succeed, but just as he is about to sign the plea bargain, his father's lawyer bursts in with a court order securing his release.
