Great stuff as always. By the way make a Video about how not to have your number marked as a spam caller please I’ve been struggling with this for a while. That’s why I picked up on door knocking. I like it but I can do more if I could take care of this issue. I knock on 100 doors a day.

This was great information thank you so much! I did have a question. Would you please make a video on how to deal with investors who are flipping and you are preparing for a listing appointment with them. They seem a little more assertive with how much they want to pay as far as commission and I don’t know how to come back from such firm numbers.

Thank you for a very informative video! I've been dealing with a client who doesn't want to lower their house value. Also he doesn't want to pay for buyer's agent commission. What's my best approach to this? 😅
Walk away. He’ll be a nightmare throughout the listing
You can not help this person, walk away. It's impossible to sell a house that is over priced and unreasonable.
What ended up happening to that client?
I was taught not to send a CMA before walking into the property, because there could be things about it that majorly impact the value. If you did a CMA first, then you find those negative things, how do you address that after the fact?

Question: If you would like to start making calls, but don't have a CRM full of CORRECT names and addresses, what is the best plan of action to fill up your database? Should you buy this information from a company? Should you buy a premium search tool like Spokeo or white pages and manually fill up your CRM? Would love some feedback as to how to best get started. Brandon I'm not Licensed yet, but I wanted to know, could I receive a Fee from a Agent for leads if I'm a Telemarketer, or a Assistant?
They can pay you for the work you're doing but they can not share in the commissions unless you are licensed.
