You could also use a little more chutzpah and tactfully tell the sellers that you do not accept "think it overs". If they can't or do not want to say "yes" at the end of the meeting that's fine. They can say"no". Either yes or no is okay. Because, usually, what happens is when people tell you a form of think it over ... it is actually a polite way of saying no. So, if you don't want to say yes ... Just go ahead and tell me it's over.

The cash grab and bragging about how rich you are from being a realtor is coming to an end fast. Being a realtor is such an unethical profession like a snake in the grass
