to the people who dont understand chemistry , the proteins in the stonefish venom gets broken down by heat very quickly. hence why the boiled it before cutting

To clear up a common misconception, it's the most VENOMOUS fish in the sea, venom can be denatured by heat or high acidity; theoretically, one can consume venom without any hazardous effects since it gets denatured by stomach acid anyhow.
