Ingredients:
How to make Traditional Neyyappam
Palm Jaggery( Karuppatti ) - 1/2 kg
Rice Flour(Not Roasted) - 6 Cups
Water - 3/4 Cups
Ghee - 2 tbs
Coconut(Finely chopped) - 4 - 5 tbs
Cardamon powder - 3/4 - 1 tsp
Black Sesame Seeds - 2 tbs
Coconut oil( for frying )

My grandmother used to mix the rice powder freshly ground and panamchakkara in the ural and keep it covered in earthenware for 2 to 3 days .2nd or 3rd day she open the dough and add fresh thick coconut milk to adjust the consistency.
Additional ingredients as you showed and the taste is unforgettable 👌. It stays easly for a month

Balaramapuram side ഇൽ ഇത് കുടിൽ വ്യവസായ രീതിയിൽ പെണ്ണുങ്ങൾ ചെയ്യുന്നു. അടിപൊളി ടേസ്റ്റ് ആണ് ഉള്ളു ഒരുപാട് വേവാത്ത താണ് കഴിക്കാൻ ടേസ്റ്റ്. പിന്നെ ഗോതമ്പു മാവിൽ അലുവ ഉണ്ടാക്കുന്ന ഒരു വീഡിയോ ഇടാമോ പ്ലീസ്. പല യുട്യൂബ് ചാനലിൽ കണ്ടു പരീക്ഷിച്ചു പക്ഷെ കൊളമായി പോയി. ഒന്ന് ഇടാമോ
Ma'am , today I made neyyappam following your recipe. It came out really nice. Since it's lockdown, I could use only sugarcane jaggery, but was tasty. I'm an ardent fan of yours, coz you really instill interest in me to try out your recipes. In my lifetime I had never tried making neyyappam. But you gave me the confidence to try it.
