How to make Easy Instant Neyyappam
Banana ( Palayancodan ) - 1/2 Kg
Jaggery - 1 Cup
karipetti ( Palm Jaggery ) - 1 Cup
Water - 1/2 Cup
Rice flour - 3 Cups ( 1/2 Kg )
Maida - 4 tbs
Sesame seeds - 1 tbs
Cardamon powder - 1/2 tsp
Coconut oil - ( For Frying )

If you are thinking about the banana part don't worry dear..use any banana you get there..as far as rice flour is concerned try to get some raw rice soak and powder it in a mixi grinder and use it..if you are not getting jaggery substitute it with jaggery..rest of the things you can manage l think..hope you will be able to make it..waiting for your valuable feedbacks dear 😍🥰
