50 Cent is known for his catchy rap songs, but he later became known for his alarming weight loss while playing a football player with cancer in the film “All Things Fall Apart.” We have the before and after pictures to show you that will really blow your mind. It’s almost as if his muscles melted away right before our eyes! Chris Hemsworth is another actor who really pushed his body to the limits and debuted a shocking weight loss on Twitter. And Anne Hathaway wanted to make sure her portrayal of a poverty-stricken woman was accurate. So she lost a bunch of weight for the screen adaptation of “Les Misérables.” You have to see her transformation to believe it!

She used to but she is recovered and has been for awhile. She lost weight for the movie, to look anorexic again though. And like lily is already a small framed girl so just imagine.

Keep in mind she was already very thin. She actually had an eating disorder, she didn't lose as much as you think for the film.

Seriously though -- not having Christian Bale on this list in possibly the biggest actor changing physically for The Machinist invalidates this list.
- He dropped to 112-115lbs for The Machinist
- Then gained weight and muscle back for Nolan's Batman
- Then dropped AGAIN to less drastic measures than The Machinist but still dropped down heavily for 'The Fighter'. Playing real life ex-boxer turned meth addict. And won an Oscar for it.
- Then he regained it *again" for Batman (and other roles)
Even his change for American Hustle had him gain a serious amount of weight (+43 lbs)
Since you mentioned in the video Renee Zellweger for BJD -- Charlize Theron's weight gain for 'Monster' was much more worth mentioning. It was not just the weight, but her amazing method acting of playing the famous serial killer in 'Monster' also granted her an Oscar.
Also missing: DeNiro in Raging Bull, Russell Crowe gaining 63 lbs for Body Of Lies, Tom Hardy in Bronson/Warrior/TDKR as Bane....
This list is literally missing the biggest transformation lol.

How can you leave out Christian Bale who went from 190 lbs to 110 for The Machinist and then bulked up back to 200+ almost immediately afterwards for Batman Begins, and then again back down to 120 for Rescue Dawn, AND THEN AGAIN bulked up to 200+ for The Dark Knight??? Not only shouldn't he be left out, he should be No.1 hands down not even a doubt lol

Vincent D'onofrio takes the cake (so to speak). Check out his roles in the 1986. He was pure muscle as Thor/Mr. Dawson in Adventures in Babysitting, then the doomed heavy soldier at boot camp in Full Metal Jacket the same year.
Tom Hanks is another. He has gained and lost so many times (Philadelphia, Castaway etc) that his doctor feels that's to blame for him developing diabetes.
Matt Damon, though included, screwed up his thyroid for years and requiring medication, after Courage Under Fire.
