@@3dimensionsofmusic3D Thx Greg. I like the volume and bass control on the subwoofer. It’s not exactly easy to reach the back of it, but it’s easier to find those knobs than the all black buttons on my amplifier/receiver….I swear that thing was made by the same folks that painted the stealth bomber.
@@StillLovinMusic We will hopefully move in 2025. I’m hoping for a music room on a slab or first floor with slightly more room for music and a little less room in the rest of the me home. Less land too. Should be an interesting year.
Do you havy typical "quadraphonic" sound such as front and rear stereo playing the same? How does that blend? Also, does the subwoofer mounted up high not give you some weird "boomy" areas depending on where you are in the room?
@@GuyIncognito486 No, the sub has never done anything boomy. There had been the occasional album with serious low-end where I have to back off the bass setting that I usually have set. The speakers not being quadrophonic in the 1970s sense pretty much do what a pair of speakers do, but because the room is so small there is no loss from moving away from the speakers towards the back of the room where more speakers are. There is though the sweetest spot of the room. A 3’x3’ section where everything hits you from all angles perfectly. I’d prefer floor speakers, but there is no room for them.
Those CD shelves are huge 🤯. Whole lotta tunes 😎. I have that same Polk sub in my 1st dimension setup. Awesome 👍 thank you for sharing Rick

Hello Rick. Was wondering for awhile what your whole music room looked like, and here it is-really great! Thank you for the tour! Darren 😊

@ For sure, and there does come a time when you outgrow a house, or your needs change. Seasons of life. 2025, it’s on its way. Take care, D. 😊
