  • We visit and rank our favourite places we ate vegan in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia!
    When visiting Malaysia, it’s virtually impossible not to visit the capital city; Kuala Lumpur. This is of course because of the diverse multitude of attractions, sights and activites located across the city! KL is also home to a thriving food scene with several vegan and vegetarian eateries all over the place providing food ranging from burgers to plant-based versions of popular local dishes! There is so much to choose from at places like Minf Houze, Hijau, Sala and The Hungry Tapir. Have you visited any of these restaurants? Or is there somewhere we have missed?     Minf houze is famous. But above Sungai Wang plaza there is vegetarian stall in the food court upstairs.

    well thats the first time i seen a blue nasi lemak lol usually the blue rice is associated with nasi kerabu (kelantanese cuisine). I have seen green nasi lemak colored with pandan and traditionally nasi lemak is flavored with pandan (but not colored with it ) and coconut milk. Blue color comes from butterfly pea flower they are all natural food coloring. There are some who add artificial colors which tend to make it unnaturally brighter almost neon like.
